The restrooms are the cleanest they have been, dispensers stocked with paper towels and the actual floor in the gym doesn't have dust or dirt anymore! LFT is where they hold strength training classes using barbell, dumbbells, etc. FLOW is yoga classes under infrared panels. And RED a HIIT training using both cardio equipment and weights. In addition you get unlimited 10 mins of massage chair time. I love the variety of classes and how they build you up. The ease of the app is great where you can sign up for your station or mat space so the there's no fighting for spots or discomfort of overcrowded classes. I do wish their cancellation is more flexible, you have to cancel 12 hours prior to class or get a cancellation fee. No show fee is greater than cancellation fee. I had a cancellation fee because I got the flu the morning of. I wish it was more like other sign-up classes like OTF/other CrossFit gyms where they allowed 2 hours cancelation prior to class without fee. But the cancellation fee is small. The instructors and staff are all knowledgeable and personable. Equipments seems to get fixed quick if there's issues. As someone with asthma, the spaces have great circulation, making it easier to focus on the workouts and not whether I can breathe. I do wish they have quick rinse showers by the whirlpool for those coming out of the sauna and steam room to rinse off before entering the whirlpool. Overall spaces are kept clean and tidy (way better than a couple of gyms I used to be a member of), layout is spacious where it doesn't feel like you're stacked on top of each other, has a good path flow to wander the gym.

If it's your first time then you have to use one of the tablets to sign a waiver; this only takes a minute or two. Once signed you'll show your ID to the staff upfront. It's a quick check in. This interactive gym that's got climbing walls, a yoga studio and a regular exercising area are spacious and clean. I mostly saw young/younger generations of people but didn't you worry; I'm very much middle aged and although it was my first time climbing today and I was able to manage most of the beginner/entry level ones with no issues. We all did some sort of climbing when we were younger, right? Then all you have to do is to let that younger self come out of you!! Depending on your experience level, you'll get to pick where you want to do your climbing (the levels are clearly marked.) It was a busy night at this fun gym but people were very respectful to each other taking turns. I walked around the entire facility to check things out and I was impressed as to how immaculately they maintain the place. Even women's locker room was extremely clean with no trash or whatsoever. I didn't realize that climbing was also a good cardio workout. This was much needed exercise for me for sure. If you end up making blisters just walk up to the front desk and ask for a band-aide or two. They appear to have several locations in the Denver metro area so if you see one in your neighborhood go check it out. ***Note*** You can rent climbing shoes so you don't need to own them. Work was still being done in the women's locker room and hang boards were still pending as of April 6, 2024. Parking was plentiful. That was nice. There wasn't a lot of seating next to outlets. Nothing special here either - there was talk of a sauna and/or steam room but I guess it didn't pan out. But a nice option for climbing if you are in the area.

It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.
