Update : (2024) So I used to get my eyebrows all the time here and I absolutely loved them. Sometimes they would rush though, and give me a lot of cuts. That was the only downside. However, recently, they have been messing up my eyebrows my eyebrows are the same shape. They're either too thick or their different shapes. They don't look how they used to look. They have just been messing up my eyebrow and it's been different ladies ever since I came here. I do NOT recommend coming here anymore. Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows today did a horrible job!! I specifically told her that I just wanted a CLEAN UP ! And She took off so much hair that was very obvious. Not only that, she also gave me a dash bald spot at the end of my eyebrow as if she accident threaded it. After telling her politely and also in a concerned voice that she messed up my eyebrows she got an attitude with me & told me she didn't touch that part WHEN SHE CLEARLY DID!! Today I went in and I was disappointed because there was another girl getting her eyebrows done and wasn't happy. I thought she was just complaining but once I got the same lady I could tell that she was going too light with the thread and didn't really know how to thread. I've been threading for years and I know what it feels like. It's like she was afraid to do my eyebrows or something. I don't mean to be rude but I had another young lady finish them off. They're amazing. I'm very sensitive to getting my eyebrows plucked, and they are so patient with me. Whenever I need a second to stop my eyes from watering, they don't rush me through it. They speak English and actually talk TO you while doing your brows, rather than you feeling like they're talking ABOUT you. I've seen males and females come through and take their time on both and take care of you. $12 for brows, and they have a reward punch card system. The worst place I've ever been to! I came here for my first time today and I asked for threading and eyebrow tint. The lady I had threaded off more than half of the beginning of my eye brow. Then the tinting was horrendous. My eyebrows are a mess and I am so embarrassed for them that they let people walk out of their business with this bad of service done to them. If I could list all the things wrong with this place in one sitting it would be a miracle. I've gone not once not twice. It three times but five times to this place. Every time I've left with thinner and thinner eyebrows like its a sport to collect hair from for their costumers. The last two times the later being my last visit to this god awful place I addressed me concerns with the lady attending me with the answer of I'm sorry for this we'll fix it and when they fix it they make it worse and thinner like what I just said was a bunch of crap and they know better as to how I should be wearing my brows. Just be clear about what you're getting for your price and time. This place is a conveyer belt for services and they really don't check their work. First when you arrive and sign up, no one looks at the sign up sheet and they just say,"Whose next", so whoever stands up will be the person who goes next. This woman who arrived after me tried to go before me but I stared her down and she sat down. Meera did my brows, as a clean up, not really asking what I was there for. When she was done, the brows were uneven and it was just not worth it to have her finish the job since it was clear she felt she was done. She just walked away to the cash register. I've tried to give this place 2-3 times to fix my eyebrows (I know stupid mistake on my end) and yet, here I am with worse eyebrows than I've ever had. For anyone who has been working on growing their eyebrows out, you know the stress of applying oil every night, massaging them, making sure they're never threaded too scarce/narrow/skinny. Well I have been growing my eyebrows for 8+months and I finally got some of the finer hairs to grow back, my shape was starting to look natural and I was having to fill them less and less. 2 months ago when I first moved here, I tried this place and told the girl (third chair) that same story about growing my brows. She promised she wouldn't go too skinny.... she did. But thankfully they still looked OK. Spent a month trying to thicken them up and needed the strays pulled so I went back.. same story told and a different lady (second chair) completely pulls every single stray and then some extras making my eyebrows totally uneven. One had missing hair on the bottom and the tail didn't even go to the edge of my eye and then told me "I needed to work on growing them out some more" although I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 8 MONTHS ALREADY. So today, I go back and I get the first chair, thinking there is no way every woman here butchers eyebrows for a living, I mean hello! This is their JOB. Nope. Same story. Now, she not only took too much off, they are uneven, one is skinnier than the other, one starts closer towards my nose and she did the same "take-off-the-tail" look as the other lady. I went to this location on Saturday 10/21 with a friend of mine, because I was in town and needed my eyebrows done. We walked in and we were greeted very nicely, the shop looked very clean. There were two technicians available when we walked in, but I had my friend go first because I was busy at the moment and didn't get my brows done right away. After my friend got her brows done I went to sit in the middle chair, the lady with a booty (she didn't give me her name, so I don't know how else to describe her) did my eyebrows. She gave me the vibe that she was rushed and wasn't friendly. I told her to keep my eyebrows thick because I don't like my brows to be to thin. Well after she was done and I looked at my eyebrows they seemed fine and not to thin. But after we paid and she was given a tip, both my friend and I were looking at each other's brows and I noticed that she had nicked my friend on her right eyebrow twice, made one brow higher than the other and cut more hair off towards the end of the brow than the other side. With me, she left my brows a lopsided, one is higher than the other, one is thinner than the other, one was more rounded than the other. We had already left the place when we saw that the lady jacked up our eye brows. This place is too pricey for eye brow threading to made this many mistakes. If I'm gonna pay $11 for eyebrows I except my brows to look good, not the crap I got now. FYI, in Houston I paid $4-$7 for threading, Austin I paid $9. Since this place was charging $11 I figured I would get good results.(you get what you pay for) Oh well, damage is done and now I have to let my eyebrows grow and get them redone when they are long enough. NEVER coming to this place again. I came in and asked for eyebrow tinting which is listed as $20. Remind you it was my first time getting this done so I asked the lady how does it work? Basically she just told me it'll last for bout a week and a half. So as I sit in the chair, she tells me "I'm gonna clean up first" and then she applied the tint. When I was ready to pay she tells me it's $32.. because of the clean up plus tint but she SHOULD have told me it would've been an extra charge if I didn't ask for it, she basically told me like it was part of the process.
