She told me she was however, due to the weather and getting wrapped up in work, it took me a bit longer to get to her then I initially told her. Instead of her just leaving, she actually reached out to me to make sure I was still on my way and waited until I arrived. This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back for sure. It was extremely loud and echoed out the door. The woman doing my brows was quiet but very good at what she does. Now saying that. I don't think what happened was her fault as my brows did look good afterwards. The string she used was... waxy? Like floss almost. The area around my brows STUNG like a bitch. They were red and angry, and no aloe vera was offered. I don't believe they had any. The stinging lasted two days. I couldnt do my makeup and had trouble with the shower as it hurt. There was no cuts but tiny welts did appear. I've never had this happen before, but it might be a one off incident.
