I've been coming here a while now and I am so glad I found this place! I have gotten multiple sessions done for a few things but my favorite is the non evasive lipo! The full face contour is so relaxing too and the immediate results are amazinggggg. I even brought my mom to this place and she also loved it! Extremely disappointed in the service I was provided today. While the service itself was fine and your girl very sweet, you advertise a service for $145 that is and hour and a half to 2 hours. At 65 mins your girl was walking out of the room and at 70 mins I was walking out. I mentioned this to the girl and someone was at the counter (not sure if that was you) but some the response was the extra time is for room cleaning and transition. This is complete false advertising on your part of the actual service time. Your girl also stated that 1 1/2-2 hours is for added treatments which again is not stated on your website or Instagram. The screenshots show that it's states the 3&1 is just that 1 1/2-2 hours. Above was my initial message to the Instagram page to how I actually found the business. Her initial response "We set aside an hour and a half for the treatment for paperwork, check in, check out, and clean up in between time for clients the session takes about an hour and based on the checkout time" The screen shots below do not say those things. When you book an appointment for a treatments, I have NEVER seen a place include time for paperwork and cleaning a room. With the exception of a massage/ facial where it states 1 hr massage (50 mins) and 90 min (80 mins) Then she went on to change her response that the quoted 1 1/2- 2 hours is quoted to allocate add ons. Which by the way I WAS NOT offered. However IG and website states otherwise and separate services with ad ons. I've provided screen shots. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication that her IG and website actually shows, she showed no sense of customer service or empathy. She further decided to throw jab about how I was difficult from the beginning of my booking because apparently I asked too many questions and wanted clarity on there policies and procedures. I would have given them a 3 for the simple fact that although the treatment was much shorter than advertised was good and the girl was sweet. Had this matter been handled appropriately on a customer service stand point rating would have been better. But the interaction as I stated above made that diminish fast. I'd like to further add the maturity of this business owner is to post laughing emojis to her reviews of people posting reviews on her business who are dissatisfied. *** adding photos of ALL communications prior to booking where she claims I was difficult in booking*** typical for a business owner to deflect than take responsibility for what they got called out on. The response below is only a fraction of the actually conversation which I provided when she's states one thing then changes to another. Also, it won't allow for all the photos of our interaction while booking. It was morning out of the ordinary of questions and attempting to get a date booked numerous times as she would offer a time slot, I would respond and then get told it was unavailable. Super quick and efficient, and very friendly! I liked the look of the inside of the building as well as the room. I had a few skin tags removed from my eye area and would definitely go back/recommend this place over a standard dermatologist office who would way overcharge for this service. When you reserve an appointment you have to pay a deposit. I reserve at the beginning of the month for last weekend of the month a Sunday appointment. They mention in an email you had to cancel 3 days in advance if not no refunds. On Saturday they texted me to confirm. I did an outing with my kids and left my phone so when i got home was late to respond to this text that was out of the blue...they never said i had to reconfirm.... I paid a deposit and i book app i thought that was it. Basically they cancel my appointment. I was told i was the only customer that day and they didnt hear from me the day before.... To me an excuse because it was a Sunday and i was the only client... and they were looking for an excuse to cancel me... if they truly wanted to send a confirmation text they would have sent this text 3 days before app... I would never go to this business. I asked for my 25 back since I felt cheated.... I only have 2 weekends a month and I reserved this day for this treatment. They said they would refund but they never did. Just horrible customer service. read more

I trained for fibroblast training with the owner. It only last a couple hours because her live models didn't show up for the important body trainings. She told me I could follow up with questions but when I did she told me to read the manual. She did offer me a salon space but after 2 months of her cancelling and rescheduling our business meetings I gave up and didn't feel like it was a for real offer. It was 1.5k for the training and 1.5k for the equipment and kit. For questions and continued training I can't count on her at all because she doesn't answer her phone and is really hard to communicate with. While I was trying to work with Shaped I went to the nail girl at this salon. She said a lot of ~interesting~ things about her friends being credit card scammers her in Phoenix. She over charged me based on her menu prices. I asked about it at the salon but she kept walking out of the room. I was getting a $35 fill, and she asked me to add on a "manicure"/cuticle care. She charged me $65 but when I got in the car I saw she didn't do my right hand. I tried to call her but she declined my calls. When I messaged her on instagram she just denied it and told me she doesn't like being on the phone??? I asked her to redo the services, I didn't want to take the money back. She then ghosted me. I tried messaging her again - she blocked me. I texted the salon owner - 48 hours later she told me it was just "drama". The girl over billed me $30 plus her $10 tip and Starbucks, I just wanted her to finish her job. Honestly ridiculous. I'm dumb founded a business acts like it's doing its customers a favor. read more

I get volume lashes here every 2-3 weeks for a very good price. I am a college student and recommend Britney to all my friends. I love her, she always gets me in and is the sweetest person. Back in September I got the plasma fibroblast treatment done to my upper eyelids. I followed all of the aftercare and was very careful during the healing process. I am an RN and know how to take care of wounds. Unfortunately I was left with a ton of tiny indents/ scarring where the treatment was done. I sent an email to the owner and was told this was normal and would eventually go away. Now 10 months later I am still left with pitted scarring on my eyelids. The owner did nothing to accommodate my situation and basically told me tough luck. I saw a dermatologist who said the only way to fix this is with laser treatments. I would never recommend getting this treatment done by this business. I am left with scarring and feel even more self conscious about my eyelids. read more

I was looking for a consistent good lash artist so I found the lash artist Britney on Instagram and her pictures looked solid. During my first session, my lashes where not identical, it was as if I had two different styles on my lashes. However, I had booked two appointments with her so I returned and discussed this issue with Britney who did a better job during our second session. Britney is not personable or friendly, she never once asked how I was doing. So I scheduled a third appointment due to being on a waiting list with a different lash artist. Britney did not show up to our third session. She blamed me , the customer for choosing the wrong time zone . When I clearly have an email confirming my appointment was for 9am. Britney also called me rude and refused to return the money I had to pay to hold an appointment. It was pretty hard breaking to know that this lash artist never once spoke to me or asked how I was doing, call me rude. I am a customer, I nicely asked that my lashes be fixed that is not rude. Not showing up and blaming the customer is rude! I will not be returning to this place, due to the lack of customer service. read more

I went in this afternoon for a brow lamination. I've been going back and forth between getting microblading done or brow lamination. Because lamination is less invasive, I decided to go with it.
