First, Bea... she is incredibly professional, kind, and an ARTIST when it comes to injectables. I use Dysport and my lines had never been smoother, not my eyebrows as well arched. Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. If you want the best care and reasonable rates, definitely go to them and no one else.

I made my concern apparent to the provider and she said she couldn't speak to that and I made sure to take photos to compare. Again, second treatment my face was very agitated and bloody for over a week. Noticed no difference in the ink. I emailed for a refund and she asked me to send reference photos with the date. I provided everything she asked for and then got ignored after several follow ups. I went somewhere else and noticed a difference after the first treatment and there was very minimal agitation and bleeding. This woman has absolutely no idea what she's doing, she just slaps some random settings on the machine and does not care about the result or the customer. She literally has a refund policy on the counter stating after x amount of treatments you get x amount of money back. Seems like she already knows people are going to ask for their money bc she's providing a bad service and SCAMMING people.

I have experience with lots of hair removal techniques--did a package of 6 + follow up laser 10…read moreyears ago for full legs, bikini, and underarms, have done electrolysis for 20+ years on my face a couple times a year for light hair, and wax brows and arms regularly. More recently I have tried purchasing packages for my two daughters, 19 and 21, and have horrible to mediocre experiences. One place, after the package of 5 was done, there was no improvement. It looked the same. We tried other places with groupon, and the same results. Last year I bought my daughter a laser package with my doctor's office which has a medspa and have had some decent results, but scheduling is a hassle and only until 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Today I had my first appointment with Christine. What is appealing is that her hours are flexible. She works late two evenings a week and some Saturdays. I have about 30%-40% regrowth on my legs and bikini area, so I scheduled an appointment. Christine was very patient with questions and flexible when I told her I changed my mind and wanted Brazilian. I thought I'd be too embarrassed to try something like that, but she made me feel completely COMFORTABLE and relaxed. I was shocked at how little the discomfort was. I am really excited to find someone who can help with our overabundance of hair. As soon as my kids' packages are depleted, I am bringing them to Christine. I already sent a text to my sisters because one waxes regularly when she could laser for near permanent removal instead! We Latinas have lots of hair and lots to remove. It's nice to finally find someone who makes you feel comfortable, has flexible hours and good prices.

I first started going to Stellar Skin and Laser a few days before my 30th birthday. I'd never had…read morebotox before but was interested as I was saying goodbye to my 20's, and wanted to slow the deep wrinkles I saw forming between my eyebrows and on my forehead. My father has the exact same wrinkles, and I knew they would get deep quickly. How a woman regards the changes in her body as she ages is a very personal process. Some of us do everything they can to fight it, others age with pride. Personally, I just wanted to be able to continue going out without makeup on and still feel confident in my own naked skin. I do not operate under the impression that I can (or should) do everything in my power to hold onto my youth... But I do want to retain that confidence that comes with feeling fresh faced. So my journey into the world of Medspa's was with the hope that I can do some minor preventative care. So on my first visit I had a consult with Cindi. She asked what and where my concerns were. She then explained what my options were and thoroughly detailed how all of the different products work. I chose a product, she talked me through the entire process, and I went home bee stung but excited. A few days later, the results kicked in and any misgivings or prejudice I once had about injectibles disappeared right along with my forehead lines. I turned 34 this past weekend and, with Cindi's help, those forehead and between the brow wrinkles are yet to make any additional progress as wrinkles. My greatest weapon has largely been Dysport. Every 6-8 months I make an appointment to see Cindi, Dysport up, and confidently go back out into the world. Over the past 4 years I've also partaken in a few lovely Hydrafacials and a Dermaplaning appointment with Jacqueline. Cindi and I have experimented with lip fillers and a botox lip flip. My metabolism is such that the lip fillers don't seem to last very long (a few months at best) but it's a huge confidence boost when I do go for that splurge and am able to rock the full voluptuous pout that I always want. I'm going for such a splurge again tomorrow, and am looking forward to it. I suspect the next appointment after this one will be ahead of my wedding later this Fall. I go to the Ahwatukee location but had to pop over to this one…read more.. I had Dr. Canestraro help in delivering my baby boy last month and truly could not have better things to say about him! I came into the hospital praying that my OB could be there or at least a female as it's a delicate situation in a tender place. So when he came in the triage room to introduce himself, I was quite surprised! I'll tell ya... I am SO beyond grateful that he was my doctor that night. There was not one moment that I felt rushed, or that he was frustrated with my many attempts to stop pushing because it hurt. In every way, he was calm, gentle, encouraging & extremely respectful. My mother-in-law (a doctor) and sister-in-law (a NP) were talking about how impressed they was with his bedside manner & skill as a doctor. If you want to feel respected & empowered when you deliver your baby - he's a great person to seek out! I wish I was more with it in the moment to say thank you & recognize what all he did to make sure my son came to the world safely, but hopefully this helps in a "thank you!" I would encourage this office to ensure that the front desk staff provide a warmer, more welcoming experience for patients. A simple smile, kindness, and a more compassionate demeanor during check-in and check-out can make a significant difference, especially for patients who may already be going through something emotionally difficult. Unfortunately, I left feeling more uncomfortable than I did when I arrived. I won't necessarily mention who as I feel that this should be a team meeting to remind people to be more personable esp being the first face of the office when entering. On a positive note, I also want to recognize the blonde staff member with arm tattoos who assisted me during my lab visits. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable each time I came in. Her compassion did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciated her professionalism during a difficult time.
