Fyi this is my SECOND review (other is on google) because 1. I love this place so much and 2. Louise deserved her own special shoutout Every single time I leave Shapetress, Louise has got me feeling better inside and out. I struggle a lot with chronic pain and inflammation/water retention, but today I was feeling especially rough in all respects. However, after my session with Louise, I was visibly more toned, less inflamed, and felt revived as a whole. I would especially recommend doing the vive with Louise because she is a magician with that thing. She is very meticulous and thoughtful about her treatments and tailors it to exactly what you are looking for each session. I just need to turn everyone onto something that I wouldn't have known about unless my hair stylist and clients told me about it (repeatedly) and I waited YEARS to try it but low and behold, It really does work. Lauren & Louise have made my mommy makeover a seamless (and painless) experience. Hands down you guys have the best machines in the country! After my last child I just can't seem to lose my stubborn fat eating healthy and walking 2-3 miles a day on Ventura Blvd, did not work. 10/10 experience. I can say it enough but I wasn't expecting much other than a lymphatic massage that I booked, but Louise was so amazing and toured me through all the other treatments and was even able to try two others to see what to expect if chiding to boom again and WOW. Very nice, relaxing spa! I have tried all of the treatments, and they are all great - my favorite is the ab vive. Noticeable results after one session. I also really enjoy the massage bed with the leg compression sleeves. It scanned my spine to deliver a custom massage, and the leg compression depth/strength is adjustable as well, based on preference. The owner is very passionate, helpful and responsive.
