Did you know these guys also fix cell phone screens? My son who has an LG phone was walking around with a broken screen, couldn't see the first 3/4 inch on the entire left side of his screen as the part that is behind the screen was broken there as well. We handed the phone to Jerry the owner of Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions, and he fixed it for an amount way lower than we ever had expected. Went pretty smooth as well: He looked at the phone and told us he had to order the part. A week later asked my son to bring the phone in as the part had arrived. That same day the phone was fixed. I will no longer buy any warranties on cell phones now that I know this. You can fix your phone for the amount that is your yearly deductible on you warranty! My PC hard drive died due to a mechanical problem. I called Shared Knowledge Tech Solutions based upon on-line reviews, and I now concur with those reviews. They quickly responded and analyzed the problem and then installed a new drive using my "restore" disks without delay. They then restored the machine back to where it was before the crash, using my external backup drive. They kept me fully informed of the status during this process and I don't think I lost any of my docs & photos. They also offered good advice to avoid future problems.
