It worked fine on Friday and when I tried to log in after the long weekend, it sat their like a brick. I was in a fix and tried to call around to see how I could get it fixed asap. Jose from TopDog responded immediately and offered to come by in the evening and take care of the problem. He quoted a competitive price and arrived punctually in the evening to look at the computer. He was pleasant and helpful. He figured that nothing obvious was the issue with the computer and the fix would probably cost more than the computer was worth so it was just best to get all the data off the hard drive because I needed that data to continue with my work on a different computer. He needed to take the computer to his office for that and promised to retrieve all data and get everything back to me the next day as soon as possible. He worked on the data retrieval and the data was more than he expected and the process took longer that expected too but he worked on it and made sure I got everything back by the end of the day on Wednesday. I explained to him how I needed this to run my business and I had already lost 2 days and could not afford to lose any more if impending snow kept him from giving me the data. So he went the extra mile literally and drove for an hour from his place to mine at midnight to bring me all that I needed to get back on line and in business this morning. He stayed calm and pleasant throughout and helped alleviate my anxiety by assuring me he would continue to work on it till he was able to get me back on track. I could not have been more grateful to find someone who understood how important every day is for a small business especially these days and did all that he could to help me as much as he could.
