It is so great to have a good boba place in Riverside! They are open, but it is a soft open right now. The shop is right on Magnolia in the new plaza with Blaze Pizza and Subway. The Kaiser Riverside ER staff ordered 12 drinks at once today and the staff handled this so well! They were all made fresh, delicious, and all drinks were made correctly! The drinks are good, I got the passionfruit fruit tea with boba and lychee jelly, however they add a lot of the topping. Some may like the large amount of toppings and some may like less, that's all up to personal preference. I would have been fine with the amount they serve if I only got one topping however since I got two it was like more than half of my drink. Next time I'll stick with one topping or ask for half servings if I get two toppings. read more

I love boba so of course I had to try out this new boba place. I got the matcha red bean ice blended drink while my friend got the Oreo ice blended drink. My drink was good but I don't think I would get it again, my friend actually like my drink better and I liked hers better. The ice blended drink just was too slushy and I felt like there wasn't much flavor but overall it wasn't bad. I would come back and try something else instead though. Another thing is that they don't have Apple/Android Pay. It's a brand new establishment, I don't understand how you don't have Apple Pay lol. read more

I ordered a tiger Boba and it was not very good. They sell it in the small cup and it supposed to be sweet. It was a plain old Boba milk tea that was over priced. I literally left my house, when we are supposed to be in quarantine, it was not worth it for this boba. read more

Customer service was trash. The girl who took my order seemed very uninterested and annoyed at me for asking the difference between two drinks. They were all extremely low energy and seemed like they didn't care to be there. Drinks were also super basic. The Strawberry Green Tea tasted like pure syrup which was sour and no tea flavor and the Tiger Tea tasted like milk w a bit of brown sugar. I probably would never go to another Sharetea and only stopped by because there was no Ding Tea close by. Also the Tiger Tea only comes in a small which is weird so if you're wanting a bigger size, I'd recommend against it. read more

One of my drinks was made wrong and I noticed once I got home. I called and let them know they told me to go back and ask for my free drink the next time I was there. I went back and Annie helped me out. She handled the situation very well and my drink was free and exactly what I wanted (coffee creama). Super tasty "pearl" tea. The tea and boba pearls are excellent quality and flavor. It is kinda hot inside sometimes, like they're not running air which makes it hard to sit and stay for a bit, and it takes a while to get your drink, so only come if you have time lol. My boyfriend and I are consistent sharetea drinkers but mainly go to the location in Temecula and we're always treated so well, however; whenever we're at this location... it's a whole other story. For the past 5 times we've been here in the past couple months, they've gotten our order wrong but today was the day we decided to go back in and tell them nicely but only to be greeted with rudeness. We ordered a QQ family, NO RED BEAN and somehow there's ALWAYS red bean in our drink even said it on the drink label, specifically no red bean! And when we told the employee working the issue with our drink, he had the audacity to swirl the drink around and said "there's red bean in here?" as if we would've came back in if our order was right. It doesn't stop there! He did take the drinks away and didn't say a single word to us, like there was no communication. When he did finish making the drinks, he aggressively set down the drinks on the counter and did not do that to the other orders that were coming out, just ours. And my boyfriend was sweet enough to say thank you, have a good night and the employee did not even say a single thing back nor glance our way. We love this franchise but the employees at this location are rude and seem to hate their job, maybe they could take a couple tips or two from the Temecula location. I understand the rush hours of Sharetea can be pretty hectic and the pay isn't up to par with the labor as my boyfriend and I have worked in the food industry but we've never treated our customers this way despite rushes. Nonetheless, we love the Sharetea franchise but we will not be giving this location our business any longer, the workers here all need an attitude check and class or two on how to treat their customers. Bad customer service at the riverside store. a tall guy brown hair rubbed me the wrong way twice now. The first time they didn't look into making a special requested drink even though I've ordered this drink at ever other boba shop like "Boba Time" dwn the street. Its a milk tea 0% sweetness with brown sugar walls. The next time I walked in waited in a 10 min line and he told me their system was down, and he could take cash or a Manuel card. I asked "so no Apple Pay" and he said "that's what i meant by our system is down." I might be over reacting but I'm just not going back there. I rather go to the one down the street. read more

Every time we go in, most people are nice but there's one girl in particular who is rude every single time. We give her the benefit of the doubt every time, thinking she might be going through a rough time, or a rough life, but tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. I asked her nicely what her name was and she said she doesn't have to give me anything, especially her name. Since she refused to give it to me, I will describe her for you: She has black hair, wears glasses, has a little diamond piercing in between her nose and her lips (her philtrum), as well as a butterfly tattoo on her arm. Last time we went in, she told her co worker to look at us, saying "that's the family"...and they both looked up and laughed. This time, she walked over to the cashier and rolled her eyes because she had to help us. She gave us attitude from the beginning, not even greeting us or asking how she can help us. It was clear I had to be the first to speak. We ordered, and I asked her for no sweetness and she said "I can't do that." without explaining why. After she reluctantly took our order and when we gave her our stamp card to stamp, she adamantly decided that she was going to use our discount from our frequent card rewards tonight even though we asked her not to. She said, "it's too late. I ran it through". I'm not sure if she was trying to get back at us for coming in because she didn't want to work. Whether it's that, getting the drink wrong, slamming the mixers, or talking about customers to her coworkers right in front of them, this is the last straw. No more benefit of the doubt. Do the owners not see this behavior? Is she related to them so they let her do what she wants? Im still floored that she said she doesn't have to tell me her name. June 20, 2020 bought a taro drink for my brother drove all the way home only to find out no taste, no sugar whatsoever.
