Thought I would treat myself to a Matcha since I'm not normally in this area and this was a really cute stop. The shop was decorated as if ready for pictures! Super cute!! I got a cake pop and it was great! I also got the rose matcha and I asked for strawberry puree with it! The puree was nice as the rose was REALLY over powering! I love a good rose matcha and this by far had to be the strongest I've had so keep that in mind when ordering! Matcha was nice and creamy thought. No grit! I Service was okay. The lady was sweet but young so there was no one there in the front when I walked in until the little bell rang, and she had to ring me up twice because she forgot to add my cake pop. This experience has been really frustrating. I've ordered online multiple times specifically to avoid long waits, but each time my order hasn't been ready--even after waiting 15-40 minutes past the estimated time. Today it said 5 minutes, I arrived after 15, and it still wasn't ready. I mentioned it to the owner and was told they had a lot of online orders, but the shop didn't appear busy. I understand things can get hectic, but the timing is very misleading. If orders are going to take longer, that should be communicated clearly so customers can plan accordingly. Not impressed. I came here after seeing a TikTok about it and I'm always down to try a new coffee spot. I walked in, it was clean. Someone said hello from the back. There is a screen that you order on. It has the drink and food options. The sizes don't tell you ounces or any of that information. I placed my order, the machine, for a large banana latte. I usually order a large and they're usually around 20oz, so that was what I was expecting. The drink total was $10 before tax. I paid. It asked me if I wanted to tip. I am not against tipping but I expect human interaction to know who I'm tipping. I got my drink in less than 5 minutes, the girl came out from the back handed me my drink and straw then quickly disappeared into the back again. only reason this spot is getting 2 stars is because of the convenience of distance, but overall mid coffee they barely give you any in the cup it's majority ice. service is extremely slow, i ordered online and it still wasn't ready when i showed up after 15 min and i was literally the only person in there. main concern is how they skimp you on the amount of coffee it's half of the cup if you didn't know and the ice is the rest, pre made mixture could be stronger if they're gonna give barely anything. i even complained one day and they showed me how much the mix is between coffee and ice and it's just ridiculous not worth 7$ maybe 5$ with the amount of ice. ambience is decent with the decorations but yea i wouldn't go here if i didn't have too. For a brief period they offered macaroons, but that appears to be discontinued and no other snacks or treats are available. That's probably wise though because the space is fairly small. Lately, given the hot summer days, my favorite drinks are the Slushee types. Me and my sisters love this boba shop! Super delicious and a huge variety of drinks. Personally, I find their coffee to be super rich and strong (very delicious though!) so drink at your own risk unless you want to be wired all day. Their boba is sooo good!!! It's very chewy, warm, and fresh, just how I like it!! I explained that I had no want for a drink from their establishment and that I was the only one who touched the drink and I have acrylics (no way of my nail even being able to break into my drink). For some backstory on why I didn't have a receipt, when I was first there I also ordered a drink for my mom and they accidentally put boba. Understandable, mistakes happen, but when I let the owner know he snatched my receipt and said he'd remake it. (to which he just picked out the boba and it was still all throughout her drink). I looked through the receipt pile on the counter and found my receipt. The cashier refunded me and the owner never once acknowledged me even once the receipt was found. No sorry, no explanation.
