came on a sunday around 3 and it was empty. very clean inside, good amount of seating, and lots of games to play! the two girls working were kind and got our drinks out quickly. wintermelon black milk tea was yummy, and the tropical green tea was nice and refreshing! boba was good at first but got hard after a little. the mango jelly didn't have much flavor so i'd probably get lychee jelly next time. read more

Located in the 'Country Side Center' on Griffin Way and McKinley St with plenty of parking. While we initially stopped in for a hot brew, take note that all drinks here, including the coffee, are served chilled. I had their 'Strawberry Smoothie with Boba' and a 'Coffee Latte'. The Strawberry Smoothie was perfectly blended and refreshing, while the Coffee Latte was delightfully sweet and creamy. They serve a variety of Milk Teas, Fruit Teas, Yogurt Juices, Slushies, Smoothies, Cold Coffee, and Croffles which are Croissant/Waffle tooped with sweet treats. There's plenty of seating and even some table/card games for entertainment. The place is very clean and organized with friendly and efficient service. Overall, we had a good experience here and will definitely return to try more of their treats. read more

Just got the lychee tea. Took a sip as soon as got in my car and the boba was warm. Waited a few minutes to take a second sip. It was better but the drink itself was a bitter. There was zero lychee included. So it's just lychee flavored. read more

BEST Vietnamese coffee I've ever had! The owner and her kids are an incredibly nice and always provide such great service. They're always so helpful with questions or suggestions. I go specifically for the coffee to the point where I'm here 2-3 times a week. And I take some home for later or for the next day. Their boba drinks are also very good (my wife's go to) and it's nice that you can adjust the sweetness and have dairy free or milk alternative options. The coffee with the ube cream top or the regular sweet cream top is so so delicious. Such damn good combo. Their croffles is the only good option they have but those are also so simple yet so good. 5/5 taste Vietnamese coffee is really good! Has that dark rich coffee flavor but still nice sweet level. I really recommend this if you come here. 5/5 service Friendly staff and was helpful and nice. They also accidentally made too much and just offered a small cup for us which is super nice and environmentally conscious. 4/5 ambiance It's plain Jane, but it's sorta refreshing. Went here on Friday night excited to finally see it open. Ordered a like size Thai Tea and Krypteanite. They had their sizes on the counter, with the 16 oz cup being labeled "viet coffee" and the like size as the wider, 24 oz cup. When we got our drinks they were in the smaller, 16 oz cups. Not only was the drink in a 16 oz cup, but the price was the same as when it used to come in the 24 oz. I should've said something, but didn't really think of it until we already left. If it does come in a smaller size now fine, but I shouldn't be charged almost $6 for 8 oz less. Especially upsetting because their sizes for their price is part of why Boba Fiend has always been my go-to, and was I just at the Rancho location last weekend with no issue. Probably won't come back to this location. read more

As my son will say - YUMMMMM! No more driving to the OC. This is the spot you've been looking for! I've been to quite a few bubble tea places, but this one easily ranks at the top. I tried 2 drinks - Tiger Milk Tea and Trifecta with boba. Wowwww -- perfectly sweet without being overpowering, and the pearls were soft, chewy, and freshly made. I have been working in Corona for the past couple months. On my way home, I wanted to see how close Boba Fiend was, as I live in Lake Forest and usually frequent the Yorba Linda location after the Santa Ana location closed. To my suprise, I found this location just 3 miles down from my temporary workplace. I did not know they even had one this far out! Here is what I usually order: Tiger Milk Tea with Boba: This has been my favorite drink by far! This is one of their top drinks, and there are so many reasons why. It is a perfect balance of thai tea and milk tea. It is not too sweet and is always consistent. Mango Slush with Boba: This is always refreshing! Im sure it is just a bunch of syrup blended up with ice, but it is consistent each time. Overall, I make the drive to Boba Fiend because of their consistency. I have found that other boba shops either have too milky of milk tea or their boba is not soft and chewy. I know that each time I come here, the quality is always the same. They are quick at making your drinks and are nearly done by the time you are ordering. As a person who works in the food industry, I can definitely appreciate this. Please open one up closer to south OC! read more

Also, the menu doesn't include any descriptions of what's in the ice cream flavors, this would be extremely helpful (especially because I don't think most would expect Cookie Monster to taste like banana). Boba Fiend's original location was near UCR, where I went to school, so I was SO excited that they opened up one closer to where I live now! They have my favorite house milk tea (I got my sister obsessed with it too) and they have a large menu, so there really is something for everybody. Employees are always really nice and quick! My usuals are the Milk Tea w/boba and the Mango Peach Black Tea w/boba. My boyfriend really loves their Tiger Milk Tea and their Trifecta (milk tea/Thai tea/taro milk tea). I always make it a point to stop by when I'm in the area, but if you're not around the Corona area, they have a location in Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga too! read more

Average boba in the IE area. It must be one of the few options because I saw a good amount of people come in as I was there. I went here because I was in Corona one day and there was no other boba place in a 10 mile radius. We tried the black milk tea and fresh green milk tea, both were decent. Boba was a little overcooked. If they were in Westminster or Garden Grove, I probably wouldn't choose this place over the million other options. read more

It took less than 3 minutes to have it in hand. Peanut butter. Chocolate. Coffee. All three flavors were there although the peanut butter was more prevalent. With whipped cream on top it was more like a shake than coffee. I quite enjoyed it. While the wait time is a gamble as you may get stuck behind the person ordering for half the neighborhood, I'm willing to take the gamble next time I'm in the area because what they make is delicious.
