(keep getting billed from a broken tooth done by the oral surgeon who is handling the situation- different office) (came to Dr Turners to fix the tooth) Like I said, I left the message two weeks ago with the front desk person. Instead of calling me back she sent me a letter (replying to my call) In this said letter, it stated that I didn't make the complaint (of my sons broken tooth) until 4 days after the procedure, which is not true. Procedure was done on a Thursday and I spoke with the surgeon on that Saturday when he was away. Surgeon called me back from his vacation! Instructed me to call my son's dentist to fix it and he would foot the bill. Called Dr Turners office that Monday and they got my son in that day to fix it but the bonding keeps coming off the tooth. After getting this letter yesterday, I called Dr Turners office and Cathy is off. Works Tues, Wed, Thurs. Then I called the surgeons office. He actually called me back today to further understand what Dr Turner's office is saying because none of what Cathy said happened at the oral surgeons office was true. Instead of calling me back, she made up information and made it out to be our fault when my son's tooth was broken during a procedure. At this point it's not about the copayment, it's about what's right. The last sentence of her letter states, "We consider this matter resolved and appreciate your understanding." Does not give me a chance to explain what actually happened. Moral of this text is to stsnd your ground. Your integrity is important. Cathy was not there at the time of surgery and is making up stories about the surgeons office. Also- still hasn't called me back. That's an unprofessional establishment, if you ask me. Not to sound dramatic but my son was the victim in this situation and Cathy and Dr Turner are making it look like I did not report this quick enough and who knows if his tooth really broke during surgery. And any further problems with the tooth is on me. When in fact the surgeon said it's not! The actual moral of this text is to return a patients phone call and all of this would have been avoided. She called the wrong people and took their word. Needless to say we will not be returning to Dr Turner Romanko.

About a week before the appointment, the front desk called and asked if we could move our appointments to 11:00 AM. I told them that wouldn't work for us, and they said that was fine. During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren't accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn't been called, the front desk told us that she wasn't scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn't know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessional. It appears that this office changed my wife's appointment without notifying us. This isn't even the first time they've tried to change our appointment--they had previously called asking to reschedule, but we declined. Somehow, despite that, they still ended up separating our appointments without our knowledge. We planned our schedules around these appointments and booked them six months in advance, only to have one of them changed without any notice. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.

I drove 1.5 hours to my appointment, checked in, and waited 45 minutes before the front desk finally told me that my appointment had been moved to July. No one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know it had been changed. The receptionist just kept saying she wasn't the one who made the appointment and there was nothing she could do. No one offered a solution or even tried to fit me in. What disappointed me the most was that the dentist never came out to explain what happened or apologize. After a 3-hour round trip and waiting 45 minutes, I left without getting my cleaning.

She told me they had a 'January 23rd @ 11:30am' available. So I went ahead and made the appointment. A few weeks went by and I received a text to confirm my appointment. The only issue was they had it on their end for 'January 16th @ 10:30am.' I immediately called to point out the mistake. The receptionist immediately scolded me and accused me of making the mistake.
