Then they backed charged me for those pass appointments. If it wasn't for liking my therapist I would have. A major problem with LifeStance is they leave no room for emergencies. I work for a living, a family, home and things happen. They force you to adhere to a 48 hour cancelation, during an emergency. My issue is they don't give allowance for holidays and weekends. They are charging me $100 for cancelations for an emergency. I wanted to reschedule the following week. I am looking for another facility to get serviced from. The fact that they are closed, but, they have operators on duty, that don't count. They are already pricey for their service, but, to be unforgiving and lack flexibility and transparency im not sure if I will remain a patient. I don't believe in the penalty system especially when you have an emergency. I wish that I would have looked at yelp before signing up with LifeStance.
