The on call doctor finally sent it over. It has now been a week, with multiple calls to the office for the results and I have heard nothing. Either the office staff is just incompetent, or Dr. Reese could care less about his patients, either way, I'm still waiting. After spending more than an hour on old, I was told a few days later that they determined my doctor reviewed my file and made changes to what I was charged, resulting in an additional $65 owed. This is b*lls*it. FOURTEEN months later, they add $65 to an already paid bill? I will never go to Southwest Urology again. I have been a patient of Dr. Lalak for quite a few years and have been 100% pleased with her services. One thing that many doctors lack is personality and a good bedside manner. Dr. Lalak has a great demeanor and treats her patients like family. She is a super knowledgeable and I am confident in her ability to treat my skin. In addition to battling psoriasis I also have a predisposition to getting skin cancer because of my family history. She has a good handle on my medical needs and I have always been pleased with how she has treated my "issues." I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Lalak and am glad that I am one of her patients. She is very difficult to get an appointment with so if you need a dermatologist then I would call her office as soon as possible. Expect to wait upwards to 6-9 months to establish yourself as a patient of hers with a consult. That said, she is worth the wait!!!
