So naturally, we went to Shark Frenzy to gather insight and tools to find our plethora of shark teeth which the Florida's tourism site promises, hahaa. The staff at Shark Frenzy were amazing. They provided us all the resources we needed to succeed. Honesty, I do not feel as if they held back at all--they gave us ALL their go-to pointers and even personal finding spots. If you don't make your own (sifter), you can rent or buy them here. They are must haves for hunting shark teeth. They have all sorts of teeth for sale and even teeth locally made into jewelry. They will buy nice, larger teeth. And the absolutely best service offered is they will sort your finds and identify which shark type they are from and bag them up! If they do this for you, be sure to put a decent tip in their tip jar. In 3 1/2 days here, I found 200 teeth! We've been here a few times now for random shark tooth digging supplies . The selection is amazing. They have many sizes of floating sifters and anything else you'd need. Now, on my last visit, I had the absolute best customer service ever. I was looking for a decal exactly like one I purchased 2 or 3 years ago. I showed the lady up front what I needed. Evidently, it was an old design they no longer carried. The next thing i know. There was a guy who may be the owner asking to see the Pic of the decal I really wanted. He did some checking but didn't find any. Long story short, I got my decals. The entire staff, especially Lynda went above and beyond any expectations to make sure I was happy. This is a fun little shop with lots of shark teeth, fossil, rocks, and crafty souvenirs. Prices are high but it's a fun store to explore and worth finding the experience and cool finds. Everything from geodes you can buy and break open to shells, extinct mammal fossils, and shark wry plush plush toys, and beach stuff. They also have various sifters and shark teeth hunting paraphernalia. Memorable and worth visiting. The very nice Venice Library is two and a half blocks away and downtown is walking distance. If you're looking for a sifter this is the place to go. We had actually borrowed one from a friend, but it came from this store. We went in to souvenir shop and they had a great selection. My son chose a shark tooth key chain for his backpack, although he really wanted a large Meg tooth, that just wasn't in the cards! Hoping we will find one ourselves on a future visit, but until then it was cool to see them all on display. read more

This store is so cute, lots of shark teeth for sale. We were at Venice beach all day searching for shark teeth. Shark teeth are odd because somedays the ocean seems to burping them up, other days you spend all day looking with very little reward. Unfortunately, the day we went was one of the days where you look and loo with only a few very tiny teeth to collect. My kiddos were in good spirits but a tad disappointed. We decided to go check out some big shark teeth others have found at Shark Frenzy. We walked around the shop and I saw they had two sand bins where you can buy shark teeth for the kids to search and find. I ended up buying the $20 bucket with lemon shark teeth for my kids to go shark hunting. The employee rung me up and then went and hid the teeth so the kids could use shifters and actually "hunt" for them. I'm glad they had this cool option because my guys had fun and they still got to search for shark teeth. We added these to the ones they found and they cant remember what ones they found in the ocean vs the ones in the shops and it made them feel like great shark teeth hunters.
