I was sitting in our car when I felt a hit on the passenger side of my car. Then I felt another hit on the driver's side rear end! This old lady in a white SUV hit our car and quickly drove off. Open my door and walked fast around the building but she was gone!!!! Could not believe what happened. This old lady should not be driving and if she hits someone needs to stop!!! Her car should have damage too!!! Shop owner said she didn't know her but we could tell she had information and didn't care about tourist. This lady was old and she only needed 3 shells, paid cash and talked with this lady, like she knew her, purchase took about 5 minutes! She is a regular customer who knew where to find her product and needed to get back home quickly. We didn't buy anything here because this stop just costed us $1,000.00 deductible with our car insurance!!!! Thank goodness we could still drive home. We were visiting your area in Englewood and probably will never come back again!! So again, BUYER BEWARE - this shop doesn't like tourists and could cause you a $1,000.00, too!!!

Walking the aisles here is like standing in a buffet line it's difficult to navigate this place and it seems like most customers are just looking so the most open spaces in this shop are around the cash registers. I didn't my find my refrigerator magnet I was looking for but there are plenty more shops to explore. I like to stroll the aisles like I'm running into a grocery store to get a loaf of bread, I'm not a window shopper and I definitely don't need to pick up and admire everything and comment on the prices. Last year, we…read morebought a very overpriced custom shirt whose decal fell off almost immediately after wearing it the first time a few days later. But today, while there, we found some hard to find Labubu boxes. Say what? But I noticed they were all taped shut with masking tape. Turns out, my inclination to be skeptical was right. The boxes were real, but the packages inside were FAKES. Unabashed fakes. Being sold for more than retail. Eyes were bulged. Heads were extremely lopsided. Hands were upside down. Tags had misprints in the name. When we asked the young girl behind the register, she admitted that they only bought the bags and then put them in the real boxes. So... all but admitted to selling fakes. And yup, no refunds/returns. Helpful. Sell sham stuff then conveniently have no refunds/returns. This store knowingly bought fakes, likely Lafufus, to sell them in legitimate PopMart boxes at full price. We wont shop here again. Zero integrity. FULL Intent to swindle. Never again.
