Our experience with Emily was absolutely amazing! This was my 5-year-old daughter's very first haircut, and she takes a lot of pride in her long "Rapunzel hair," so it was a big moment for both of us. My daughter is very shy around people she doesn't know and usually responds with a firm "no" when anyone tries to talk to her. Emily never rushed her or got frustrated. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knew exactly how to meet my daughter where she was. Little by little, Emily found the perfect way to connect with her, and before we knew it, my daughter was smiling, chatting, letting Emily cut her hair, and even excitedly having her nails painted. When we left, my daughter kept saying what a great day she had. She talked about Emily all the way home and couldn't stop saying how much she enjoyed her visit. As a parent, that's exactly the kind of first haircut experience you hope for. Thank you, Emily, for making such a special memory for our family. We will absolutely be back for her next haircut! I have gone to this location in the past and had such a wonderful experience with Mercedes. I booked with her again today because I really appreciated the care she took. I was disappointed that I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment (3pm appointment) and was informed by Mercedes that the policy is a 5 minute grace period and she said she could not see my toddler and offered to reschedule me for tomorrow. I wish the establishment can increase this grace period as I had a 7 week old infant with me and my toddler. 5 minutes seems very tight for parents. I have checked online and cannot find this policy listed anywhere. I am disappointed I was not able to be helped or offered to even stand by. I even tried making an appointment for tomorrow online and nowhere on the website does it say there is a 5 minute grace period. It was horrible to experience no options and to take my crying toddler out and my 7 week old newborn. And mind you, she wasn't even done with the previous person so if I had showed up on time she was still working on a previous child and wouldn't have been able to take me even if I showed up right at 3pm. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I brought both of my sons in for haircuts and had appointments for each of them. Unfortunately, after my first son's haircut, I decided to leave before my second son's appointment because I wasn't comfortable continuing. The haircut was very uneven, especially on the sides, which were patchy and looked unfinished. It wasn't a small detail that could be overlooked--it was noticeable enough that I felt I would need to take him somewhere else to have it corrected. I understand that not every haircut turns out perfectly, and I know everyone has off days. However, I was disappointed that the quality was so poor that I lost confidence in having my other son seen as well. I hope this was simply an isolated experience, but based on mine, I can't recommend this location. I would appreciate a refund, as I'll now have to pay another barber to fix the haircut. read more

Took my son for his first hair cut the other day. The lady who cut his hair was fine, didnt talk much. My son did very well, didn't cry and for the most part he sat still. Honestly I don't like his haircut. The bangs were uneven. They were also too short. I would have been better off doing it myself. I know hair will grow back but he looks funny. The inside was clean and pretty but I don't think we will be back. read more

1st time I went Belinda assisted and she was great offered all the services included wash and cut. This 2nd time they did the haircut and never offered wash, isn't that part of the price? One lady was sick coughing no mask and the other one was not very friendly. I made appointment with Belinda but she was not there. read more

Melissa is wonderful! She was great with my 2 girls. My girls loved her so much they asked to see her everytime for haircuts. My oldest was so upset she was trimming her hair cause its so long and Melissa made her feel so much better. They really enjoyed their time there. Will def be one of Melissa's returning clients. read more

The salon was kept very clean and customer service received was great. Melissa helped us out and did a wonderful job.

Took my grandsons there in December 2025 before Christmas for their first haircuts ( 3 yr old and 5 yr old). Both stylists were great. Boys had hair washed, cut and styled. Their hair was below their shoulders curly and lots of tangles before the haircuts. Stylists were great, very patient, explained to boys what they were doing each step of the haircut. Their haircuts turned out great.We will be back. No complaints. read more

The lady that cut my daughters hair was not friendly. We got there 5 min due to traffic and my toddler spilling food on herself. The lady when we got there said it was fine and she could still take us. I explained to the lady that it was my daughter's first time getting a cut since she was one and she is now 3.5. She asked if I wanted to wash her hair and I said yes since it was included in the service. My daughter got scared and started crying but the stylist was not nice about it. She said things like "hurry up I don't want to be late for others". There was no one else waiting and no one came in after us. I explained the length I wanted and it was supposed to be longer than her shoulders. She made the first cut way too short and it's well above her shoulders. I didn't say anything because of the rude comments already and I don't like reacting in front of my kid negatively but, considering it's a kid haircut place she didn't behave appropriately. I want to start off by saying that I will most definitely NOT be returning to this salon. Called ahead to make my appointment & I mention that my oldest son is on the spectrum & because I know my son I asked "do your stylists work or have worked with children on the spectrum?" She assured me that they do and that I had nothing to worry about... okay so I book the appointment & we show up, check in, everything looks really nice I'll give them that, very clean, cute environment. The woman who cut my cut my son's hair? Had ZERO experience with working with children on the spectrum... I mentioned on the phone that my son needed a lot of reassurance & patience... which she did not have, my son is a talker and likes to be talked to and always wants to know "what's next" I have no nice way of saying this without it sounding mean but she had the nastiest resting bitch face... not once did she smile at my son... it wasn't until we left that she started acting different. We recently moved her ... we are new, so finding someone to cut my son's hair was a huge deal for me... I wanted to find someone permanent and someone that I could trust and know that my sons in good hands... but I left this appointment... in tears! Literally in my car crying at the way my son was treated. Sad to say and I'll repeat myself I will not be coming back... I paid the full price (idk why when they literally only got a haircut) no wash, no gel, no style.... $70? No thank you. This place needs a lot of work or simply save us moms a trip/money and say "we don't specialize with working with children on the spectrum" problem solved. read more
