My daughter is very shy around people she doesn't know and usually responds with a firm "no" when anyone tries to talk to her. Emily never rushed her or got frustrated. I was disappointed that I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment (3pm appointment) and was informed by Mercedes that the policy is a 5 minute grace period and she said she could not see my toddler and offered to reschedule me for tomorrow. I wish the establishment can increase this grace period as I had a 7 week old infant with me and my toddler. 5 minutes seems very tight for parents. I have checked online and cannot find this policy listed anywhere. I am disappointed I was not able to be helped or offered to even stand by. I even tried making an appointment for tomorrow online and nowhere on the website does it say there is a 5 minute grace period. It was horrible to experience no options and to take my crying toddler out and my 7 week old newborn. And mind you, she wasn't even done with the previous person so if I had showed up on time she was still working on a previous child and wouldn't have been able to take me even if I showed up right at 3pm. Signed a new mother of 2.
