We told her this is his first haircut and agreed on a time THAT day. When we arrive we are told we were scheduled as a "walk in". Not sure why since we planned to go at OUR scheduled time... We were told to wait and can be fit in. The same lady from the phone call proceeds to cut his hair with ZERO cover and he proceeds to have hair all down his back, arms, and legs. I ask mid haircut why he doesn't have one and was told we said we didn't need one. I make a comment about the hair all over him and she tells me it can give the baby anxiety. My wife showed her a picture of the haircut she would like for him (before we started) and she was visibly upset afterwards because the hairline was cut in a straight line over his forehead. We felt we were pushed out the chair quickly as other people were waiting. I normally do not write reviews but this one person ruined our son's first birthday because the pictures will remind us of the terrible experience we had there.. Very sad.
