We were really worried that he would have a hard time because he was being fussy that day. There was no need to worry though once we brought him in there he immediately was in a good mood. It was actually hilarious because he run right over to the chair that he was going to be sitting in for his haircut and asked to be picked up to be put into the seat. Bibi is who cut my sons hair and she did an excellent job! She put on cocomelon for him on the tv and he was entranced. She gave us a certificate for his first haircut that has pictures and even a lock of his hair attached. While we were checking out he played a little in their small playground perfect for his size! Please take your child here for their first haircut it will make the memory so special! Such a cute place.

I canceled the appointment 30 days prior to my scheduled appointment in April . I emailed Tiffany Posh and asked for a refund . She sent back an email and said she has a no refund policy . She said I had an entire year to apply this to her services. First of all the no refund policy needs to be visible when you first access the page for an appointment. You have to scroll down and click show all and at the bottom of the page it's says deposits are non refundable This is not anyway to treat the public!! Just want to make the public aware. The screenshot are below. I have never had a hair salon conduct business like this.

5.12.23 My former…read morenail technician sold her former business and now has a studio here. Per the directory, 10 of the 19 studios are leased. They include salons for nail, hair, and skin care. There is ample parking. Upon arriving, I was greeted at the front desk by the friendly receptionist. I told her I had appt with Shelly at Polish'd Nails and she informed me to go to studio 7, the last door on the right. Shelly has a a manicure table and nice massage chair and soaking foot tub. She is very personable and I always enjoy our conversation. She was thorough from start to finish scrubbing my feet and trimming, polishing, and painting my nails. Note that tips are paid cash only. Highly recommend Shelly and Polish'd Nails. Upon leaving, the receptionist gave me a goodie bag which included a denim cap that was lined with satin and some hair products as they just had a grand opening last week.

I went from cutting my locs of 16 years to coming in for a Brazilian blowout and pixie cut. She skipped the last 3 steps of the brazilian blowout, cut my hair in the shape of a 70s Afro instead of pixie and didn't seal the style so my hair was ruined within 30 minutes of being outside directly after my appointment. There are quite a few things wrong with my experience. She was aware the brazilian was not done correctly and said she was willing to go over the areas that were not done correctly. When I mentioned how the cut was wrong her reply was, "I did the best I could". She did not mention how my hair was so badly damaged but said that is why certain parts are too short, when they were no were near that short when I came in. She told me to come in to get it fixed but also tried to make me get a hair treatment and when I denied she was conveniently unable to answer her phone or return my call/message so my hair was never fixed. She also waited until I was halfway through my hair appointment to tell me that she normally charges $450 for a Brazilian but because I have LITERALLY one inch of hair she did it for $300. After the product is put in the hair, it is supposed to be blow dried and then flat iron and then rinsed and then style. However, she did not rinse it, but the flat iron after the blow dry of the initial Brazilian product was how she finished my hair. And then told me afterwards that my hair texture takes better that way, which I find hard to believe. Bad experience once I got the true results. Do not recommend. Very money hungry lady that appears friendly and well meaning. She also gave me a warning that she is not gentle so yes, she yanked my hair plenty of times. I was patient while in the chair but now I'm actually furious about my experience, lack of customer service and transparency.
