Interesting since I've long had one and use prescription shampoo from my dermatologist at my hair appointments. A cosmetology license would be useful, and might teach this unlicensed stylist that spreading lies about a person's health online is additional grounds for harassment charges. This is the last warning I will give before contacting law enforcement. I also would never take medical advice from a self-professed conspiracy theorist who by her own admission does not vaccinate her children, during a time when measles is spreading in the U.S, more than we've seen in decades -- an outbreak that began due to unvaccinated children in Texas. I was not going to elaborate on the damage, but seems I should. My LICENSED hair stylist friend had to remove glue out of most of my hair. I have photos and videos of my hair previously -- before this unlicensed stylist talked me into trying a frontal. I have new hair loss all over my head because the glue was extremely difficult to remove, See attached photo. The frontal install was terrible and showed lack of skill because my real hair was not protected. My licensed hair stylist friend is willing to testify about this damage and said he knew this person was unlicensed by the terrible frontal/sew-in install. Now off to enjoy my weekend! I originally did not share all of my documentation but this person seems unhinged. I will let the evidence speak for itself. I am done with this unlicensed stylist -- unless it becomes clear I need to contact law enforcement and file for for a peace order, which I'm seriously considering. I will include the screenshots from her last unhinged response if I do so. Potential customers: Ask yourself if this is the temperament you want in a hair stylist -- someone willing to slander clients online for telling the truth about how they were treated. -- 5/1/25 Adding additional screenshots to refute more lies from this business owner, who continues to not take accountability. You ever meet someone and instantly you feel at ease... well that's her for sure. Not only is she kind, professional, genuine and gentle; she is GREAT at her profession. My expectations were kinda low going in because I recently pulled out a bunch of my eyelashes. Not to mention I have relatively fine lashes (courtesy of my half Asian genes). The process was quicker than expected and the end result was full fanned out beautifully lifted, dark lashes. She was thorough with after care instructions and even gave me bonus undereye patches! I received a nice wand and after care instructions printed on a convenient card. I felt bad because I have two cats and could tell she was doing everything in her power to make me feel this wasn't a burden to her. The only reason I knew is because I am also allergic to cats, just medicated by an allergist. I have already planned out steps to diminish the dander/hair for my next appointment. She made me feel comfortable and important so I definitely would like to reciprocate. The quality and value of her work is top notch. Her work space is in a co-op of different businesses and her salon is neat, clean and nicely decorated. Nicole is adorable. She is super sweet and clearly an expert in her craft as she discussed my options for types of waxes and tints to get my brows insta ready!
