Had an absolute blast at FatDuck Tavern with friends! We had heard good things about their food and…read moredrinks and it did not disappoint. Their menu is HUGE both of the food and drinks side. Be sure to check out their daily specials or stop in for Happy Hour (Mon-Thurs 4-6pm) for extra discounts. For drinks, we started with the Hugo Spritz, Jalapeño Ginger Lime Spritz, and Prickly Pear Spritz. The Hugo Spritz was my favorite of the night and was super east to drink on a hot day. For food, we shared their famous DuckFat Fries which comes with three dipping sauces. I loved the Garlic Aioli and Chipotle Ketchup but wasn't the biggest of the Mexican Pesto. For entrees, we got a mixture of items. I got the Cheeseburger Sliders but asked for Onion Crisps instead of Caramelized. This was the perfect portion. For me after already sharing fries. My friends got a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Fish Tacos, and Fire Alarm Burger. Everything tasted great but my friend didn't think her burger was too spicy. Overall, I loved the casual atmosphere of FatDuck. Their menu has so many options that there always would be something new to try. Pricing was a little high but portions were very large to offset costs. Highly recommend!

It was super easy, user friendly, and the order was ready on time upon arrival. They have generous portion sizes. We really liked their Queso and Chips, a little heat but not too much, enjoyable. The fried pickles, I dip those in Ranch dip, so yummy. Their ranch tastes homemade, almost like the nice hidden valley ranch that you make yourself. Not to thick, so good! Bone In Wings , Buffalo Medium, perfect !!! I really enjoy that style. Not too spicy and just the right amount to really enjoy it. The bacon triple burger - wow. That one is packed high, the bacon is applewood, thick , the lettuce , tomato, pickles and sauce - works very well together . Their fries, I flipped the box, the season was at the bottom- little salt & pepper. I recommend a little cheese dip for your Tatar tots. Reasonable price point- the dinner for 2 starts at $19.99, with drinks. Then you add on as you like. Starry, this is my select beverage here. They are in a massive space, very big corner lot- many outside TVs, big space to entertain . Inside was busy, many tables- TVs to enjoy your favorite sport team's. Nice Illini memorabilia on the walls. Clean clean. Nice parking lot. Just East of Cermak, North Side of Cermak. By the Xfinity , T-Mobile, Five Guys, and many many other stores. Big shipping area here. I did get those beautiful tree pics in their back lot, hope you enjoy those. Fantastic neighborhood. Right East of Ziegler

We had been seated for around 30-40 minutes and 3 waiters and a host who wasn't there when we arrived passed us multiple times, so we went to ask and they told us the section was closed. They could have 1. Came up to us and told us the section was closed 2. Had a host at front to begin with. 3. Not have a sign that said to seat ourselves.

We got two kinds of mandu, the seaweed rolls, sweet potato fries, a side of rice and a fried egg and an order of the donkatsu. Everything was delicious! The seaweed rolls are incredible - stuffed with glass noodles and deep fried! The tonkatsu is a huge portion too. There were four of us and we still had dumplings left to take home. I hope more people give this place a try because it is a welcome variety to the usual dinner fare!

I am not a huge spicy person, but can take a little heat. 1 tamale = 6 spice level 3 tamale = 10 spice level The owner is Korean and the dishes are great and always being tweaked. I have had Korean food, but dang, the spice level is insane. I would love the option to tone down some of the spice for some of the dishes to try them. 1 tamale spice level for me was enough, my sinuses were cleared out! Whew They are known for their rice cakes! Tried the rose tyeokbokki and it was tasty with little sausages, cabbage, noodles, rice cakes. Beef dumplings were crisp and flaky. Kids: chicken fingers and fries is the only kid friendly option Service was friendly and quick and the restaurant is somewhat quiet with soft music playing in the background. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the dishes!
