Absolutely terrible experience at Sharks Fish & Chicken. I ordered the catfish, and when I got home, I found out the fish was so hard it was basically inedible. I was extremely disappointed and angry that I paid for food that I couldn't even enjoy. I should've checked my order before pulling away from the drive-through, but I shouldn't have to worry about opening my food and finding something this bad. I had sharks at a different location before and it was fantastic. This one was severely lacking. I was the only one in the restaurant. I got a three-piece chicken dinner and I felt like the chicken was from the day before I will not go back to this location. The chicken looked great but once you've been into it, you could tell it was dry and old. The service was quick obviously because I was only one there. Food was not good fish was over cooked and hard fist time here and last time. I would not recommend this place for fish. Customer service service is good which is why they got a 3 instead a 2 or lower. Also the cost was more than most sharks with fewer pieces of fish. horrible night, had to pay $2 extra after waiting 30 minutes for my food because they didn't ring up a combo. I left it alone gave them the money. I get my food and it wasn't the right food I had ordered either way . ordered 4 piece tenders. got wings, drums and fries. asked to switch it out respectfully.and she charged me $6 additional after it was their mistakes. I ordered the perch dinner and my sister ordered the tilapia dinner on her phone and I asked for extra tartar sauce and lemon, but I didn't get either. The order taker said "We don't have fresh lemons" and it takes 15-20 minutes for pickup. We were there in about 15 minutes and the order was ready. I was very excited to see this place was opening! I hadn't been to a Shark's in many years so I was definitely glad to see one close to me. I'm very pleased with the menu items and the pricing! The facility has great parking, a drive-thru and friendly staff. Not sure how the food is here. Never got past the horrible customer service at the counter (Bianca). I asked a couple of questions. 1) What are Cat Tails? and 2) What is a Jack Salmon? These weren't items I have seen on a menu before. She didn't even bother to ask even though she had no idea! She just leaned on the counter. It's great to have a Sharks in the area so I don't have to go to the city to find one. The food is fresh and hot and tastes good, comparable to other Sharks locations that I've been to in the past. The location is very large and looks more like a full restaurant than a carry out place. They also have a drive thru which makes them different from other locations. Well I had never gone to Sharks before, I went with a friend for lunch, despite the parking lot being nearly empty except for one car clean place. It was quiet a weird vibe when you walk in, but cashier was nice. I ordered the boneless wings hot. I asked for honey bbq on the side, I was given open pit bbq sauce not honey bbq. Not a big deal the food was actually tasty. But considering the place was empty it took a long time to get my food and it was warm not hot . I think they are still adjusting , I probably will go back and do recommend , hopefully they get some fuel in their tank and kick it up a notch and get my food to me in a timely manner and hot. read more

I don't like fish nor have I ever been to a Sharks in my life, I always wanted to go here though to see what else they had here when the A&W/Long John Silvers was here. The interior looks completely identical inside and out, the only thing that's changed was the owners,kitchen, the menu and the logo outside. I got myself a burger combo, staff here seemed unfriendly and didn't want me there. It took over 10 minutes to make my meal as well. The meal was good which I give them credit for. One of the employees was cleaning the tables wearing his headset taking orders and he was giving these customers an attitude as well. In my time eating at the restaurant for 35 minutes, not one person came in and ordered. Probably won't be back. read more
