She has very thick hair that's almost down to her waist and has a hard time finding anyone who has the patience and is willing to take the time to do a good job with the keratin treatment (it's a very long tedious process)... my sister also doesn't like to talk during her processes and she said Jaymi picked up on that pretty quick and didn't make her talk which she absolutely loved. Before, only one clinician worked on you the entire time doing your nails and massage. This made it very easy to pay and tip. Now, one person does most of your pedi, but then another clinician comes over and gives you a foot / leg massage, along with 2 minutes on the neck area. It was great, but I brought enough cash tip for one clinician. So this leaves me with two choices - split the tip between the two clinicians so that each one gets less money, or bring double next time (too much) on top of the spa pedi price. I don't really like either option and it was much easier and more reasonable before. Also, my friend's pedi chipped on the very next day. I will probably continue to get pedis at this salon and would recommend, but just be aware of the tip situation.
