Honestly so disappointed. I have been going to this salon for over a year. When my technician recently left they assigned me someone else. Two days after my pedicure, I now have a severe nail infection due to them digging into my nail beds, which was unnecessary. I am now on antibiotics and cannot wear closed toed shoes until things heal. Unfortunately, I will not return and think it is important others know about this experience. read more

Anna was super sweet and did an amazing massage and job with my toes. I really loved the hot oil and rock massage And got towel. A friend brought me here for a pedicure and I was blown away by the attention to detail, the hot oil and stone massage that was included in the basic version and the modest price. Four weeks later and my pedicure still looked good. One week later I got dip which was done very well. All the nail techs are very friendly and the place is super clean. No chipping at all on the dip after two weeks. I came back for dip removal and dazzle dry and it was a great experience again. Love the way my nails came out. Two weeks passed and no chips. Shout out to Cailyn who has done all of my nail services and convinced me to try round shape for the first time in my life--which made me realize I actually like it more than square. I went in for a pedicure with my daughter. The kids chairs are adorable. The staff are polite but fairly inexperienced. While doing my pedicure with the callous removal, the nail technician really cut up my foot. He just kept patting the top of my foot while the side was noticeably bleeding. I won't be back. Beautiful nail spa and super clean but unskilled and unprofessional staff. When I called to make the appointment, I asked for a dip polish removal, a regular manicure and a polish change on my toes. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very sweet, young, inexperienced nail technician (the owner and another nail technician sat in the acrylic room with the door closed) who didn't understand what I wanted done and didn't seem to know where to begin. She was going to polish my toes first before wrapping my nails to remove the dip polish. I had to suggest wrapping them first. I also had to ask for my toenails to be filed. I only ever get the polish changed on my toes and no matter where I've gone, I've never had to ask for them to be filed first - it's usually part of the service. It took two tries at soaking my nails to get all the dip off. The nail tech was very rough and cut my finger when cutting my nails. At that point I said I didn't want my cuticles cut (I was afraid to have her cut them) but I'd like them pushed back. She seemed to understand, however didn't acknowledge me. Once the dip polish was finally off, the nail tech instructed me to wash my hands. When I got back to my seat, she asked if I wanted a massage - I thought this was something extra, so I said no. She then began polishing my nails. THERE WAS NO MANICURE. Clearly there was a language barrier and the tech was too timid to ask for direction from the owner who was socializing in the other room. Very frustrating experience. I won't be returning. read more
