Honestly so disappointed. I have been going to this salon for over a year. When my technician recently left they assigned me someone else. Two days after my pedicure, I now have a severe nail infection due to them digging into my nail beds, which was unnecessary. I am now on antibiotics and cannot wear closed toed shoes until things heal. Unfortunately, I will not return and think it is important others know about this experience. read more

Second time coming here on vacation. Got my nails done on Thursday and today has a spa pedicure. This place is amazing and goes above and beyond to please. Anna was super sweet and did an amazing massage and job with my toes. I really loved the hot oil and rock massage And got towel. I like the fact that the lights are low and they have dividers for privacy as well. Definitely will come back here on my next visit. read more

Go to place now. Clean, Good, and the professional staff here are really great. No mistakes, no oops sorry, and great variety. I got regular mani and pedi and it was 60 plus tip. Both included hot oil massage and the regular pedi included her taking two warmed smooth stones and massaging my legs with them. Was SO nice. This is now my go to place. For the twice a year mani pedis! read more

I started coming here when I moved to Beverly three years ago, I used to bounce around between a few different salons, but now this is the only place I will go!! Everyone there is very friendly, & welcoming. The salon is always very clean. The nail techs are EXCELLENT and I have never had any issue with the services here. TONS of colors to choose from! Very very very clean. Very friendly! Sonia is awesome at working pedicures and working with problem toenails. I had my big toenails surgically removed years ago and she is awesome at buffing and prepping them without making me feel awkward. Can't wait for acrylic ones for the summer. This place is excellent. A friend brought me here for a pedicure and I was blown away by the attention to detail, the hot oil and stone massage that was included in the basic version and the modest price. Four weeks later and my pedicure still looked good. One week later I got dip which was done very well. All the nail techs are very friendly and the place is super clean. No chipping at all on the dip after two weeks. I came back for dip removal and dazzle dry and it was a great experience again. Love the way my nails came out. Two weeks passed and no chips. Shout out to Cailyn who has done all of my nail services and convinced me to try round shape for the first time in my life--which made me realize I actually like it more than square. Great spot, highly recommend! read more

I went in for a pedicure with my daughter. The kids chairs are adorable. The staff are polite but fairly inexperienced. While doing my pedicure with the callous removal, the nail technician really cut up my foot. He just kept patting the top of my foot while the side was noticeably bleeding. I won't be back. There was so apology or discount for hurting me during a pedicure. read more

It was great, but I brought enough cash tip for one clinician. So this leaves me with two choices - split the tip between the two clinicians so that each one gets less money, or bring double next time (too much) on top of the spa pedi price. I don't really like either option and it was much easier and more reasonable before. Also, my friend's pedi chipped on the very next day. I will probably continue to get pedis at this salon and would recommend, but just be aware of the tip situation.

I made appointments for myself and my daughter to get mani/pedis the day before she went back to school, and they had clearly overbooked themselves. They attempted to do our manicures and pedicures at the same time, which resulted in a tech hunched over my pedi chair trying to do a full manicure service. The experience was chaotic, overwhelming, and the farthest thing from relaxing. Additionally, they did a terrible job on both my hands and my feet. My cuticles are a mess, nails are uneven, paint is sloppy and all over my toes. The tech who did my toes cut deeply down the side of by big toenail in a way that I am almost positive is going to give me an ingrown toenail, in addition to making my nail look extremely uneven and mishapen. When I expressed my disappointment, the salon offered to fix my nails, which I appreciate, but entirely misses the point. I paid $200 with tip for a rushed, chaotic experience and extremely poorly done nails. I will never be back and I will never recommend them to anyone again.

I have to say it's so nice to have found a place so close to home that can do a very good job with my nails! I have been going there since they opened. Any chips or smudges that has happen after I left the salon they have been very happy to fix it! I feel that they want to make sure you are satisfied and will accommodate you with no excuse. Just had a dip mani and pedi today and it was by far the best yet. I've been searching for just the right place like cleanliness, and not feeling like just 'another customer'. The paraffin was awesome as this winter weather does a number in your hands. I liked seeing antiseptics everywhere and Lysol. It just meant they care about germs. I would recommend to try this salon. I'm SO glad I tried this place out! First off, it's absolutely beautiful inside. High tech. I love that they have a separate acrylic room in order to be courteous to others who don't like the smell and mess it makes. The staff/technicians are so sweet and they did a really nice job. The is my favorite new nail salon!!! The staffs are super friendly and it's a very clean facility! I love how they use liners for each customer and there are curtains for privacy. Highly recommend the spa pedicures! So relaxing, I can't wait until I schedule my next appointment =) read more

Before, only one clinician worked on you the entire time doing your nails and massage. This made it very easy to pay and tip. Now, one person does most of your pedi, but then another clinician comes over and gives you a foot / leg massage, along with 2 minutes on the neck area. It was great, but I brought enough cash tip for one clinician. So this leaves me with two choices - split the tip between the two clinicians so that each one gets less money, or bring double next time (too much) on top of the spa pedi price. I don't really like either option and it was much easier and more reasonable before. Also, my friend's pedi chipped on the very next day. I will probably continue to get pedis at this salon and would recommend, but just be aware of the tip situation.
