I would rather drive the extra distance to come here, and be treated like a valued customer, than to waste my time at a place that doesn't care about me, my motorcycle, or my time and money (Gatto). Motozilli has proven on several occasions that they take motorcycles seriously, and yet, still know what it is like to have fun on them too. The owner, Jim, and all the staff I have encountered, Duane, Chris, Paul, and Aaron, know me by name, greet me when I walk in, and provide a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. That is rare in today's business world, and I want to commend this dealership for all they do. In addition they have both merchandise and parts available on hand, and at a good price. The frame slider was banged up, the right brake lever had been replaced with a mismatched part, the driver's footrest on the right side was broken, and the muffler was scratched up as well.What made it worse is that I had specifically asked Ryan at the dealership to confirm there were no issues, and I was assured everything was fine. It's extremely frustrating to deal with a lack of transparency on such a significant purchase.I hope my review helps others be cautious if they choose to buy from this dealership.

By accident, I found Brothers Motorsports and wow.....possibly the best service and most reasonable prices I've EVER had!!!! They take your business seriously, really like what they do and are ALWAYS able to repair and keep up the maintenance on our vehicles. We will never go anywhere else. It's hard to find good customer service anymore.....YOu won't be disappointed!!!!!

When I got my bike home, I noticed that my $450 Shad SH58X top case was uneven. The top case was in the expanded position when it went in and only the left side was in the expanded position. The right side is broke, and it looks like Johnny K's set something heavy on my top case. I called Johnny K's and was told to send pictures. I sent videos and have not heard from them. I guess I have to spend another $450 and then take Johnny K's to small claims court to get my money. I thought at least they would call but they are too busy to provide any customer service let alone good customer service. I ride with a club of 56 riders. I will be sure to share my thoughts with them.
