When I got my bike home, I noticed that my $450 Shad SH58X top case was uneven. The top case was in the expanded position when it went in and only the left side was in the expanded position. The right side is broke, and it looks like Johnny K's set something heavy on my top case. I called Johnny K's and was told to send pictures. I sent videos and have not heard from them. I guess I have to spend another $450 and then take Johnny K's to small claims court to get my money. I thought at least they would call but they are too busy to provide any customer service let alone good customer service. I ride with a club of 56 riders.
