This place is heads and shoulders above my former Royal Enfield dealer in Pittsburgh (Tarentum actually). I would rather drive the extra distance to come here, and be treated like a valued customer, than to waste my time at a place that doesn't care about me, my motorcycle, or my time and money (Gatto). Motozilli has proven on several occasions that they take motorcycles seriously, and yet, still know what it is like to have fun on them too. The owner, Jim, and all the staff I have encountered, Duane, Chris, Paul, and Aaron, know me by name, greet me when I walk in, and provide a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm. That is rare in today's business world, and I want to commend this dealership for all they do. In addition they have both merchandise and parts available on hand, and at a good price. Bought two brand new jet skis without financing. They gave us problems over not buying a trailer from them. They did not give us any jet ski covers and no dealer incentives. The dealer also put old batteries in a brand new jet ski and removed the time stamp stickers and was left stranded on the lake. The jet skis are 2025 high output wave runners. read more

I recently purchased a 2024 Suzuki GSX-S1000GT from Motozilli in Warren, Ohio. Unfortunately, I bought the bike sight unseen and had it shipped to my home in Tennessee, and the experience quickly turned sour once it arrived.Upon inspection, I found that the bike had been laid down on its right side. The frame slider was banged up, the right brake lever had been replaced with a mismatched part, the driver's footrest on the right side was broken, and the muffler was scratched up as well.What made it worse is that I had specifically asked Ryan at the dealership to confirm there were no issues, and I was assured everything was fine. It's extremely frustrating to deal with a lack of transparency on such a significant purchase.I hope my review helps others be cautious if they choose to buy from this dealership. read more

Really nice folks to deal with. The owner has an arrangement with the local ultra-busy Harley-Davidson dealer and gets his pick of non-Harley trade-ins; so the selection at Motozilli is great and always changing. The used bikes are mainly Japaneses but there's also a huge selection of new & used Triumphs, Yamahas, & Royal Enfields on the floor. Prices are excellent, and sales (Aaron) & service (Dwayne), top shelf. We were offered test rides, our requests were immediately granted, and we are very pleased with our visit and purchase of a mint, low mile, Honda CTX1300 yesterday. They are a LEMON DEALER bought a 2014 side by side for 7200 and it didn't last 17 miles. Called them and they basically told me to kick rocks. Excellent staff from sales to parts to service. They've never tried to up sell me on something that was unnecessary. Great products, great service and great people to deal with. I've purchased two atvs and two motorcycles from them and theu have been most helpful from regular maintenance to jetting to tires and anything else you can think of. Great experience! I had taken my yz 250 to another Yamaha dealership and they didn't fix the bike so I took it here. I explained what had happened and left the bike. In two days they got back to me and told me the problem was solved. I waited 2 months for nothing to be fixed at the other place. So they are very professional here. They get back to you and let you know what's going on with your equipment. I am very happy with the service I got here! I will always come back here! Triumph Motorcycle (1996 Triumph Tiger). Brought it to Triumph of Warren (TOW) in the Fall of 2014 because the Clutch Slave Cylinder was leaking. I called prior to going in and I reluctantly got a price for the part and somewhat of a verbal quote on the total job price from the GM of Service. They were not real nice on the phone, had to call more then once to get questions answered on the price, they mainly told me to "Just bring the bike in." Its an hour drive, they are the closest Triumph Dealership around so I took it in. The leak in Clutch Slave Cylinder was fixed by replacing the part and both brake and clutch lines were flushed and filled with fresh fluid. Final price was within reason of verbal quote and they flushed both brake and clutch lines/reservoirs. When I was going over the Bike I noticed a scuff on the seat. I had just paid $100 to have the seat recovered and I brought it to there attention. I was ignored. No comment or acknowledgment of my statement. To error is Human and "Sorry Man" goes a long way. Still the only scuff on the seat to this day. The Mechanic is not tall, the Bike is, He obviously caught his boot heel on it while getting off the Bike. While leaving the bike seemed to run a little rough, possibly from sitting at Shop a while so I asked the Mechanic who worked on it to take it for a test ride since I was there and their go to phrase is "Bring it in." Understandable. He did. Came back and said it ran fine and that he was able to "Ride Wheelies on it." Not Cool, Professional or what their Insurance Company or Customers want them doing. The other two Employees in the Service Department thought it was funny and laughed. I just figured that I would not be bringing any more of my vehicles to this Shop and rode home. It was Fall, I Travel a lot with work and was on my way to Florida for a Job. So almost immediately I loaded the Bike in my enclosed trailer and left. I drive a company truck and this Bike is my Personal means of Transportation. Upon arriving at my destination and unloading the Bike I noticed a small amount of fluid seeping out of my Brake Reservoir. I wiped it off and it continued to seep while I was in Florida for a few months. I was busy with work. When I realized it wasn't going to stop on its own I looked into fixing it. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the two screws that hold on the lid of the brake fluid reservoir was stripped from over tightening. It was more then I had time for so I just continued to clean it off regularly and watched the fluid level. I was not specifically charged extra on my invoice by TOW for flushing my Brake Line but I know it was done because they told me they did it, the Fluid was fresh in the window (Not milky brown like before) and the window on the reservoir was cleaned of residue same as the Clutch side. In March of 2015 I noticed a leak in the same general area as the Clutch Slave Leak (Under Clutch Slave.) and it was the same color fluid. I was still in Florida working and called TOW to ask them about it. It was less then a year and the first thing they asked me was how many miles were on the Bike. 1 year or 1K mile warranty on work/parts. I had put just about 1K on the bike per their records and that was all they really cared about. It is my personal Vehicle and I couldn't not use it until I came back to Ohio. I also was not offered to have another local Dealership/Shop look at it while I was still away and under warranty. They just said "Bring it in." When I got back to Ohio I took it back on the first warm day (4-29-15) that I could. Only because they are my local dealership. It was a dry rotted Carburetor Boot, seeping gas. It was a slow leak that wasn't constant, didn't smell like gas and looked orangish, like brake fluid, from all the Ethanol now in Gasoline and being a slow seep. The bike ran great. They wouldn't give me an estimate but I was able to get a worst case verbal quote for replacing all 3 Carb Boots (There are 3 Carbs and they were all probably in similar condition.) an oil change and if they had to, clean the Carbs. Worst Case Quote was $700 if Carbs needed cleaned. $5-$600 if they didn't clean carbs. Went to pick up Bike. Ran horribly. They charged me $1079. Wouldn't keep it and fix it correctly. Told me to try shoving a rag in the air intake. Left temp gauge and fuel sensor unplugged under Tank. Cracked gas tank by over tightening a bolt. 2 of 3 carbs were put together wrong and leaking. GM of Service said I was "Hypersentive" when I said I smelled gas. He was standing next to the bike and never even looked down at it to confirm. Issues are confirmed at another Dealership and waiting to be fixed. Its not a simple single mistake that occurred here, its multiple serious issues due to ignorance coupled with inability, pure laziness and poor ethics. I gave them opportunity to make it right. Less then 1 Star Rating. I would not Recommend TOW ever, for anything. read more
