He said he would take care of it. When I Got it back the second time, he said he sent it out to the factory. I opened it up and It STILL had an odor (as does the store. ) I mentioned this twice to the owner that his store had an odor and he seemed non-plused by that I'm sorry if your nose blind to that, I said,but I can smell it and now it's in my winter coat. Long story short his mother got into it with us and called me crazy and put her finger in my face and was very aggressive with me after I told them that they should stand by there business and that I've been a loyal customer to them and that I wanted my money back because there was an odor from their store still in my coat. I used to go to the K laundromat that was located on Elmwood Avenue for years but they changed to a different business so now I have been at this location for over 3 years and love it just as much as I loved Elmwood Avenue location. This location is not as close to where I live but it's worth the extra travel time. Affordable and I love the free dry with the wash.

I haven't tried the food but I will say this the place is so clean and neat I will have ti try the food. The menu is extensive as well. Back to the laundromat. They have free drying which is awesome. Ample parking and super clean facility. The y even have massage chairs, vending machines and plenty of tv screens, benches and tables. Staff was super helpful as I needed to navigate the machines and I was happy my clothes was well washed and dried with plenty of folding tables. They also do drop off service! I love how immaculate the place was I'll be there for sure for laundry. Who would've thought laundry could be fun?! Lol go check them out!
