The property was empty and the agent provided very slip shod supervision of how agents were showing the house. The ADT security system was not used as agreed, the house was left UNLOCKED and we only found this out by chance. The FURNACE was turned off during the coldest winter leading to $3000 in burst pipes with no responsibility taken by the agent -- "you can file a police report and I can give you a list of the agents who showed the house but none of THEM turned off the furnace" -- like if they didn't, I'm sure by mistake, who did!!??? Sharon was just unhelpful, uncommunicative and not very respectful in general. I am very disappointed with our experience.

The covid crisis really started right before listing so we were a little nervous about selling, however Sharon's expertise was invaluable. She marketed the house well and drummed up interest before it listed. Our house got several offers within 1-2 days of being listed and many of those offers were well negotiated from the start based on our wants and needs. We sold within about 48 hours. After we went under contract Sharon was very helpful throughout the closing process. Even though the stay-at-home order was in effect, limiting our ability to meet in person, she was always readily accessible and available to talk. In addition to her experience and knowledge she was very honest and genuine. I've referred her to close friends who've also listed with her and I'd recommend her to anyone.

And I didn't want to work with a realtor because I didn't want to feel pressured to buy anything before I was ready. However, I saw a house on the market and knew I needed to see it, so I started searching for a realtor. And that's how I found Krissi, on Instagram. I knew that finding the right realtor for me was going to be key for me during the home buying process. I started looking at houses this past winter, but I didn't have high expectations that I would find anything for at least 10+ months. Because I expected an extended timeframe, ensuring my realtor was someone I would enjoy being around was critical. Luckily, Krissi showed up as her authentic (and fun) self. It didn't take me long at all to realize I made the right choice to have her as my realtor. Plus, when I informed her that I wasn't looking to buy immediately but just wanted someone to be available if I needed them, she was patient and understanding.
