BEWARE - They close before posted times. The front desk woman is rude (as many reviews say), and…read morethey appear to not like humans. Currently sitting outside the museum in my car IN SHOCK at what just happened. It is exactly 2:16pm. Museum closes at 3pm. We have our 3 yr old granddaughter asleep in the car and we've been parked outside for 15 minutes giving her a few more minutes nap before going inside - since THE MUSEUM CLOSES AT 3PM. She usually only spends a half hour there (we have a membership). I then see someone (older woman, short blonde/grey hair) walk outside and then walk back in. It looked like she was locking the door!! So I get out of the car and walk up, the door is locked. I knock. No answer. I knock again. No one comes to door but I can hear people inside and I JUST SAW this woman two minutes ago come out to lock the door. So I knock again thinking surely she'll come to the door. Nope. Then I see the sign, "doors lock 45 minutes prior to closing!" My watch says 2:14...it's NOT 45 MINUTES BEFORE YET. Plus she locked the door a minute ago, so she had to have locked it at 2:13. Now, you want to close a couple minutes early? Ok, fine, I get it. But when someone walks up in time - you let them in if it's within posted hours! I look up the museum's phone # and call. The woman answers: "Hi, I'm standing outside the door and it's locked, but we have our granddaughter and I was giving her a few minutes more to sleep. I just saw you come outside. I was sitting in my car right out front. Can I bring her in, she'll only be in for half hour?" "No, I'm sorry, you can't." (WHAT??) "But it's just right this very minute 2:15!" "Yes, that's why the doors are locked" "But you locked them early!" "I'm sorry" You have got to be kidding me!! I've read the bad reviews about this museum before and still, I bought a membership. I knew about their very limited hours (aimed at closing whenever school aged children are out of school) and still I bought a membership. I've been here plenty of times and have seen the number of exhibits that are broken, missing pieces, not working and still I've come back - because their arts and crafts area is worth it. But after today - never again. I would advise against anyone joining this museum just due to the horrible attitude of (some) of their employees. I truly believe there are a few employees who are nice (art table) but I've seen this woman at the register when I've arrived and witnessed her give others a hard time before. She is working in the wrong industry. She needs to be in a non customer-facing position. CME - you should be ashamed. Locking your doors early then telling a customer standing outside at EXACTLY 2:15 (she did not dispute the timing) that they cannot come in. Unbelievable. Oh, we drove 40 minutes to get here. The town of Easton is being done a disservice to have this museum within their city limits, as the association alone gives them a bad name. A change in staff is definitely needed here.

There's very limited parking, if it's even remotely busy, you will have no place to park your car…read more The librarians are extremely noisy. You can hear their entire conversations, all the time, and despite them working here, they seem to have no clue about their loud voices. Good luck focusing on anything while at the computer terminal as the librarians behind you are in full blast mode seemingly oblivious to the people around them trying to focus, very frustrating. Don't ask for change for the copy machine as the librarian at the front desk became extremely snarky about how the library is not supposed to make any change for anyone at anytime. I was seeking change for a $1 to make some copies, but live and learn... It's doesn't get any better at the front desk of the library where the workers sometimes walk around, being helpful, but again so incredibly loud that you can clearly hear them from the opposite end of the 1st floor. It's not only the librarians that are loud, it's the people in there and the library staff very rarely ask anyone to quiet down. The librarians will go above and beyond to be of assistance, but this library is best off being not visited especially if you hope for a quiet atmosphere.

These shelves are ONLY supported by FOUR clips! After speaking with the director, she said that she would contact the Library Board of Trustees about this the situation, but it would take quite a while to remedy the situation. When advised that the hold bookshelves were not Handicap Accessible, I was informed by the library director that " the new library was HP compliant with our state laws, but not COMPLETELY accesible! This person was very non professional and extremely indignant and rude. Apathetic would be a compliment to her general behavior. The CITIZENS of Sharon deserve a more caring and customer service director. This is not a personal attack. No one likes to be treated with being treated with rudeness, not MEANNESS AND pompous behavior! I think it is time to hire a nes director ASAP new director. Someone who really CARES about their profession and service to our community our. All the other librarians are very customer friendly, knowledgeable, veryhelpful, and make the experience of visiting an enjoyable experience! Maybe they can set an example for our library director. Luckily in this situation " the fish does not stink from the head"

There are special event trains but tickets sold out early. Gillette is where the Patriots play football. I came to watch the BTS concert. Always read the regulations regarding stadium entry. They passed out water and even allowed people to bring it inside. That is something I haven't seen other stadiums allow. Stadium is very easy to navigate. Appreciate it is located next to stores and eateries called Patriot Place. You can find food, drinks and even a movie theatre. The bathroom lines do get extremely long, so try to go at optimum times such as intermission or outfit changes by the artist you are watching. It also, does get very warm in the stadium. Very humid and sweating. Definitely has its pros & cons, but I enjoyed myself!

The only thing that I liked: there was a shopping center right next to the stadium with lots of food. It was cool to hang about and shop until closer to the concert. But all the bad is strictly about the venue and not at all about the artist I came to see. I had a great time if I block out everything that comes after. Let's start with how this venue is NOT near Boston, and that if you were to fly in, the commuter rail takes about an hour. Not bad, but my friend and I ended up standing the whole time. After that, it's a little bit of a walk to get to the stadium (maybe 10-15 mins). Still doable though a bit annoying, and it's still the case if you park in certain lots. However, there was only one return train running to Boston, and it was maybe ~15 mins after the concert. You have to leave early to catch it or find another way home. Like ride share. The worst thing? If you didn't leave the concert early, like during the closing set, ride share didn't really work out until 3 am. Yes, that's right. The concert ended around 10:30 pm, and groups of us waited at lot 15, the designated pick place for ride share, for almost 5 hours. You can check the video I posted, and you'll see people still walking to lot 15 to join the rest of us already waiting. From where I was at the venue, lot 15 was about a 20 minute walk. Lyfts and Ubers couldn't get to us because traffic was at a complete stop in some lots for over an hour. I know this because on D2, more friends were able to attend that day, and we had a car since one of them lived in MA. We parked at lot 55, general parking for ticket holders. We were able to leave around 2 - 2:30 am am after waiting for other lots to clear out. We did not move at all and neither did the other cars in the lot until hours later. That's still not great for such a large venue to not be able to direct traffic the day after knowing how bad it gets. Oh, and staff weren't helpful. You can ask for directions or help, and most of them were not sure or would redirect you to asking someone else because they don't know. The venue itself had rules about signage, but they were very lax. Due to having VIP for one of the days, I was stuck in the stadium since 3:30 pm to the end of the show at 10:30 pm, and I had the unfortunate experience of getting this stadium's food. It made me realize I really took Atlanta for granted. Not only was it expensive it didn't really taste that great nor was there much variety.
