She had no documents on the home, I was about to tour. Unorganized..Jamie had this nonchalant attitude even after I spoke to her about it. Amazing the lack of respect her actions and behavior was of a teenager. No surprise there. It makes me sick to my core at anyone who could and want to make a check for 30 minutes, and have no respect for the business aspect of their career. I can not believe most were never taught first impression are lasting ones. I told her "how can you represent me when you can not show up on time. Your character is not an honest one. The home was beautiful, after I saw several young adults sitting around, I was not going to pay for a property that a neighbor did not know what to do with their young people. I see enough of it everywhere. And yes I have been in business for over 35 years never been late. I respect hard earned money and I want clients to treat me the way I treat them. After waiting for Jamie I no longer wanted to do business with her. I really wished the real estate licensing business had a work ethic course, a dress for success course, discrimination course, and integrity course, but after all its how you are raised and see yourself. America we have failed our children...in so many ways. What most of you as parents put up with most will not. I refuse to help finance anyones ignorance and lack of respect towards another. DAMN SHAME.
