We do not like coming here and today solidified it. We've been coming here off and on for open gym for the past 5 years. Today we get someone we haven't seen before and tries to stop the flow of our lesson. Tiffany Cannady was rude, didn't attend to us when we approached the counter when we entered and had us waiting for 10 minutes before we said are you ready? The staff definitely needs a lot of customer service training.

There is more drama here then you'll see or experience on your favorite reality TV. show. The…read moreteachers are mediocre and need to come up with something fresh and new. All of the pieces look the same and the students seem to be lacking diversity when it comes to being well rounded dancers. The owner and teachers are NOT equally friendly to all of their students. They seem to favor some students over others, but when it's overt...THAT'S JUST SAD! You'd think they would've fixed this problem by now, but this is something that has been going on for years. They wonder why they lost students every year Mmmm...REALLY? How could this possibly motivate your child to grow as a dancer, have confidence, or encourage them to excel?! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! There are many reputable studio's in the area and this is NOT one of them. This place is washed out and I'm surprise they're still in business!

We arrived at the time of our showing but there was a pretty long line at the concession. So we did miss all of the previews and walked in right as our movie was coming on. So it worked out. The concessions at this location are a little deterring. The staff moves slow, the options are not always available as shown on menus. Ex: only Cole flavored icee's were available today although they are supposed to be to have blue raspberry and cherry. The jalapeños for the nachos are always old and taste funny, this could cause patrons to become sick. The overall experience at this theater is always just ok. I prefer to make the drive to Virginia for the nicer theaters.

Absolutely terrible experience…read more We decided to see a movie mid-day on a Thursday. The parking lot was almost completely empty. We walked in and there was nobody at the ticket counter so we were forced to use the self order ticket computer, which was so slow that it timed out in the middle of us trying to order the tickets. I used the bathroom before the show and the first stall was missing a lock on the door. Our showtime was 12:00 and by 12:05 there was still nothing at all on the screen. I walked out and told an employee who said he would get it started. By 12:20 a different employee walks in the theater and tells us we need to move to another theater and join the 12:40 showing. We get new seats for that showing and we're told that someone would be there to comp us for the problem after the show.....not true. We see the movie and knew that there were scenes in the credits so we stayed to watch those, but as we did that an employee was walking in front of us cleaning up the theater. Not a relaxing movie day like we had hoped to have, I would really hate to see how terrible this place is when it's actually crowded.

I would give this sports academy zero stars if I could. The coaches are TERRIBLE people. My 6 year…read moreold niece has been going to this academy for several months now. She has been taking both the tumbling and gymnastics class. Her coaches have been refusing to move her up to a higher ranking class because she "cries" too much. Their words not mine. They are treating my 6 year old niece differently compared to the other kids in the class. The day of scoring my niece had received the same exact scores as another kid in her class, but they decided not to move up my niece to a new class ranking. Instead, they moved the other kid up. Instead of talking bad about a 6 year old to the other coaches, they should come to the parent. It doesn't make sense why a child is being held back in a class because they are "crying" too much. She is 6! Of course she is going to cry! It is expected for a child to cry when they mess up. Maybe, this academy needs new coaches who understand children. Or maybe the coaches just need to start treating the kids with more respect. The coaches need to learn how to redirect the children when they are upset about messing up. The coaches need to learn how to be better!
