His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. And why these car washes are going extinct! I got the Gold Wash which ended up being $43.99 with a military discount and add'l charge for the side of the truck - if I didn't know any better this is a scam, a rip off for the prices they offer! From the moment I exited my truck to when they were done with it was 15min tops! Windows didn't get cleaned, carpet was not fully vacuumed, and the interior was not even wiped down. I am filing a lawsuit and reporting to several consumer agencies including California Automotive Repair Commission..I already have an attorney.
