The dental assistant completely explained what the x rays revealed. Most complete set I have had in my 65 years. Best explanation ever. Dr. Wood then came in and explained why my tooth was hurting and gave options to repair. I was totally impressed with everyone. Friendly, Very professional and exceptionally informative. They all had places to go, yet there was not the feeling that I was a hindrance to get there. All total I was in the office for 1.5 hours and it went fast. The downside is that at the end I was ushered into an office and offered a complete dental repair. It was very low key, no high preasure sales. I left with a 4 page detailed list of work that needed to be done and the cost for each part. I came in for a tooth ache not to repair 65 years of dental neglect. I am returning for a cleaning and will return for regular dental work in the future.

They texted us a couple of days before his appointment and canceled. We called back and were able to reschedule for a normal yearly appointment due to the tooth pain not being present anymore. I scheduled a yearly appointment for me last month and a 6 month checkup for my husband. They texted and canceled my appointment the day before I was supposed to go due to being short staffed but kept his appointment. Apparently canceling appointments out of the blue is common with this place. Now I'm going to find another dentist because this is ridiculous.

Initially I was a patient at the east liberty location, but it was awful and my wait time was 1.5…read morehours even with an appt. I decided to continue my care at the monaca location since It was near my mom's house and I knew I would need a tooth pulled soon. I came to get a tooth pulled and overall it went well. I was able to listen to headphones and they gave me an anxiety pill to calm me down. The only bad time I had was the doctor kind of making fun of me for having my mom in the room with me. I suffer from anxiety and I knew I wasn't going to do well at my appt. I was right.. I had a severe panic attack and began shaking uncontrollably. Thankfully my mom was there and laid over me to avoid my arms or legs hitting the nurses during my panic attack. The nurse was so kind, held my hand the entire time and kept saying "its ok". she did amazing. the doctor could work on his bedside manner but other than that its cool. whatevs
