Since April 2020, the US Passport Agency has changed its process and essentially doesn't entertain…read moreexpeditors beyond their own process. Firms like IAG can't get appointments or expedite your applications any different than you can by mailing them in. My experience has been horrific. They've taken days to reply back and you can't get anyone directly on the phone. They never told me the above information about what's changed today and charged my roughly $175 to take what I put together and drop it off a the Passport Office. They provided no confirmation of receipt of my info or no confirmation of when my information was taken to the Passport Agency. When my travel plans moved up, I emailed them to ask for a status and to see how we might expedite things further this past Sunday. Tuesday I heard back from them that there was nothing further to do. They provided an email with a tracking number for the State Department Passport Agency and stated it was dropped off at the Passport Agency on 6/10. Note, my materials were delivered via FedEx on 6/7, why did it take 3 days for passport renewal that I paid to have expedited by them?? Today someone else told me to log onto the Passport Agency with that tracking number to get verify the status (note IAG never told me this was possible). Unfortunately the status online stated it was received on 6/22 by the State Department, not 6/10. Why not tell me the truth or admit an error? I've been unable to get a response from IAG after reaching out today and being forwarded yet again to a voicemail. Do not use this outfit. They are non-responsive, non-professional and essentially misrepresenting what will actually take place.

These guided tours give you access to the main parts of the building with the exception of the actual Senate and House floors and provide the history and back story of the various parts of the building. The building architecture, stone work, pantings and statues are really impressive and to see this up close and personal is a real treat. Aside from the inner workings of the building, the Capital Museum that is located in one of the wings of the building provides fascinating history of the legislative Branch of our country and how it evolved/grew over time. Overall this is a must visit if you come to the Nations capitol, especially if you have not been here before.
