Had a motorcycle tire I had replaced the tube on. When it came time to put the tire on the wheel, I was just not strong enough now that I'm old. I had the tire on except for the last few inches. I took it to the service counter and told them my problem, that I just wasn't strong enough to finish getting the tire on and just needed the last and hardest part. I came to pick up the tire, and they charged me for a mount and balance 55.00. I pointed out that I had not asked for any of those things. They said we would take off the balance, 40.00 dollars. Again, I said I did not request any of the services they provided. Just get the eye roll from the service manager. So this is my experience with the new loanstar sport sharps. They will do whatever they like and you will enjoy it. read more

I called on Saturday and told by service open till 6. Told him was from out of town had bought new bike and needed breakin oil and filter change. Told him would be there by 4:30. He told me service techs wanted to leave early so could not help. I have ridden my bikes to every state in continental US and have never been refused help when needed. Repair on my GSXR 1000 was great when the only thing that was needed was a view plastic pieces ordered and reinstalled but when it comes to the more important repairs like when they tried to repair my wifes front breaks they fell way short. We brought the bike in with minor break problems they "fixed it" we took it home it worked fine for a day. The next day however while coming back from her work place the front break failed completely which as everyone knows is the worst thing to break on a bike. When you cant reliably fix breaks correctly then what are the chances of them competently repairing other less important problem...just my 2 cents hope it helps read more
