First of all the address listed here is incorrect - 5801 Canyon Dr, Amarillo, TX 79110 Is where this "Christian" business is. Just do yourself a favor .. shop & get quotes .. this last time I said "no thank you." Post my last quote, I was told, "oh yea you will get it cheap on the boulevard!" Me: "Nope sweetie I got 3 quotes and they weren't on the boulevard". His next remark, "oh anyone will quote less just to get the job". Me: "Wrong !!" My story: went to D&K 4+ times to correct a noise my car was making .. front shocks replaced(problem not corrected) still rattling noise so I took my car back. next time "oh mam it's the motor mounts $800" me: "ok fine I'll get it fixed" post the repair - (noise still not gone, rattling still there) took the car back, again - next thing "oh ok let me warranty your shocks" .. done (2 weeks later problem not fixed). Went again "your back shocks are literately broken!" Me: "Hmm ok how much?" Kelsey: "400 for parts and labor just for the 2 rear shocks ..". hold up let me get a 2nd opinion - 3 quotes all less than they quoted - no I didn't go to the boulevard but I will in a heart beat prior to ever getting that kind of service .. is it that they thought I was going the cheap route? Not exactly sure what they thought but I do know it's my only means for transportation and I don't appreciate the stupid irrelevant remarks for going else where and I don't appreciate wasting my hard earned money at this place - be careful .. don't easily trust them - just trying to save someone else the disappointment.. life is a circle - the end of my money going there. This place is AMAZING especially if you are a woman. I was quoted $1600 at Tristate Ford. I was very upset with this news as I just paid $1500 for my Home ac to be replaced. I spoke to Kelsey at D&K and he said worse case scenario would be $675 for a new condenser. Well they could have gone with that but they drained the freon and put the exact amount back in. Apparently if you have the slightest too much or too little it makes the ac off. It was $105. He could have sold me a condenser and I wouldn't have known the difference. What great and HONEST people. Kelsey is the best and represents this business very well. They sure helped me out. Thank you again. I have already told several family members that they must use this place going forward.
