Once we finally got law enforcement involved, they gave us a pick up time... just to get there and find out the subwoofer was stolen... they claim it was never there in the first place ( we have pictures, text/phone logs and receipts to back all of this up...) would NOT recommend and extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled...
