Once we walked through the market supply, demand, etc. it helped us form reasonable expectations in both the buying and selling process. I know the conversations Sharyn had with the seller's agent really helped us to secure the deal as well. So now that we had our dream home, we had to sell our townhouse. So of course we turned to Sharyn to list it. Sharyn completed a walk-through of our existing townhouse, made some small recommendations on changes to ensure we got the best price for our place. We completed those changes and listed right after Christmas. By New Year's Day, we had a signed contract with a full price offer.
