Owners Shawn and Tiffany are very active and friendly and make sure you love their work. Fairly priced and they have drink options of white and red wine and I believe sometimes mimosas. I went here last minute to get my nails done for a holiday party (it's not my regular nail salon) when I came in there was no one else on a Saturday afternoon and now I know why. The ladies were all in the back talking and on their phones so I said "hello" like three times for them to come out. The lady that started had an attitude with me for some reason the entire time I wish I would've gotten a picture of the nails before I had them take them off because it was insane. They were bulky and not done at all, there was spots on where she didn't paint them fully and when I asked her she said "I'm not done" 5+ times. When she finally said "ok" I was like uh I'm confused? And she just walked outside to smoke a cigarette for the fifth time DURING my nails. I finally said this is Extremely inappropriate and asked for them to be taken off and she deadass threw her tolls down and went outside again. Another lady came out apologizing and I could tell she was really embarrassed and asked if she could do it. Their still horrible looking but they atleast tried to make it better. I requested Shawn based on reviews, I can say he was honest DURING my mani that he isn't the best (he should've said he was awful). He made certain that he doesn't do manicures or shellac (those things seemed below his standard of work). As a business owner you'd think he'd want to be great at all things. This is absolutely the best nail salon ever. I moved to the area 3 months ago and this was the first place I tried out and I will never go anywhere else. They are all so sweet and they greet you right when you walk in. All the technicians are great and always makes sure you have the best experience and you walk out loving your new nails! just wanna start by saying they did not do a bad job (i got a full set of acrylics), but i'm a little disappointed in the customer service? I had no time to pick a color before they started my nails so after I asked the lady if she could do jelly nails (which i showed her a picture of before i even sat down) and she said no I couldn't even go to a different place because she was already gluing tips! I felt extremely rushed and because of that i'm not super happy with the color I picked, though I know it was ultimately my choice there are so many colors to pick from it's extremely stressful to be sat down and pressured like that, as they weren't even busy when I came in (i did call ahead to make sure a walk-in was okay at that time). the lady who did my nails was rough with me and I felt extremely ignored; she didn't make sure I liked the shape, length, or color after she did things she would just keep going and at that point i was just extremely stressed. I should also mention not all of my previous nail polish (BLACK polish aron do my cuticles BTW)was not removed before she started, so some of my nails, which are a light green color, have black around them. I do not like confrontation and I felt like since I was a bit younger (19) than other people in there, I wasn't taken seriously/taken care of to the level that the other customers were... but of course that's just how it felt from my side of things. Once again I want to emphasize they did not do a bad job on my nails, though I was just extremely disappointed in how they went about the service :/ also didn't get the name of who did my nails. basically, if you don't care about customer service then this place is for u! but my experience was stressful and i'm not completely satisfied with my end result because of it. read more

I have moved to the area and am experimenting with different places until I find one I like, after reading so many good reviews about this place I decided to try it out. I was greeted and helped right away, the wait wasn't long at all. I was getting a shellac manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The receptionist was able to color match my shellac color for my pedicure which was a plus for me. I was handed a menu with everything the salon offered, I love paraffin wax so the deluxe was the one I wanted. Overall great pedicure, downfall was she never did the paraffin wax and I was still charged $35 even though I didn't get the full service. Paraffin wax is a main reason why I pay the extra price. And not receiving it was where they lost me. Once finished with the pedicure I was moved to the manicure chair, overall great manicure. Downfall, didn't clean around the edges of my nails so I left with shellac polish on the edges of my nails where it hits my skin. So now I have to scratch and rub shellac off my skin. Everywhere I've been the lady has always gone back and cleaned around the edges in the end. This one did not. Overall liked this place, friendly staff, relaxing not loud at all, nice range of shellac colors to choose from. read more

I came in with a friend for the first time yesterday. I called to set up the appt. and was pleasantly surprised with their kind/caring approach to setting the appointment. We came in, and I had Steven, my friend had a woman who's name I did not catch. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome, Steven did so well with communication and making sure he understood what I was asking for, as well as explaining in detail the difference between powdered nails and dipped nails. The nail tech that was working on my friend had a minor misunderstanding, we asked for pink ombré and were not impressed with the color once it was on, so she immediately removed the color. Steven kindly stepped in and offered to finish her nails he made a color suggestion that vastly improved the quality of her manicure. The manager Shawn was frequently walking around and made it a point to personally welcome us and introduce himself. Every customer seemed not only pleased but eager to show off their nails. I cannot explain in words how great our experience was. The pedicures were amazing and the foot massage was perfect. I will definitely be back and most definitely be asking for Steven. read more

I would usually give this nail spa 5 stars but I just had the worst pedicure I've ever had. The staff has always been wonderful but I got a lady today I've never seen. She cut my toe nails with a nipper which she barely took anything off and she didn't push back my cuticle. She seemed really frazzled and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I still had a ton of masque left on my feet/legs and she didn't wipe them well and continued to massage with lotion and oil. She also applied more polish on my big toe after she was done with top coat and didn't put top coat on top of that area which left my big toe dull. I was just really disappointed bc I was looking forward to getting a good pedi on my only day off. Guess it wasn't my day. read more

I thought this was rude and inconsiderate. I payed over $100 for everything I had done and the customer service was lacking. Ok so I decided to try this place based off the good reviews and I am sooooooo glad I did! I live in Spring which isn't far from Conroe, and wanted to give this place a try. First off, they greet as you walk and make you totally feel at home. Shawn was so kind and very informative explaining the products to me. Everything was so nice and clean and I am big about proper sanitation. I'm super picky when it comes to my nails and Darryl did an amazing job, I'm sooooooooooooo happy with them! I also got the deluxe pedicure and I was very pleased with that as well. They use the plastic bags which was also a major plus! My daughter also got her nails done and she loved them! Everyone was so nice and friendly and it was a very pleasant experience. I am so happy with the quality of their work as well as the quality of their products. I think I've found my new nail home. Visited this place because it was my bday and wanted to get my nails done, and although I don't live in this area I drove lol this was the only nail place with 5 stars‍ I like the way the owner does nails... he did my nails and was very cool, laid back, humble person, but the only thing I was annoyed with is that he had a client come in after me that he chose to take care of and have me wait on and in the end lady complained about something with her nail color wasn't right or something which was annoying being it was my first time there, but I get it she was a loyal annoying client I guess. Had a great experience! I have been here twice and really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. Ivy did my pedicure and Tammy did my shellac manicure. The second time I came in, which happened to be Today, was great! I decided to get a full set since I'm so hard on my nails. Shawn did them with a mood changing color which is so cool.
