My friend has a membership with them, where you can get 25% off of each facial each time you go, so maybe that's an option for you. When you go into your appointment, all the paperwork is done online, so make sure you do it ahead of time. After you have done the surgery and are on your journey...There are support groups, FB groups to motivate and keep you on tack, there nutritionist, and apps to track your food. You also have visits with the PA, so you can talk about your stumbles, progress and other concerns. My PA was Ms. Black and she is INCREDIBLE, kind and funny. She makes it easy to talk about the embarrassing issues that comes along your way. If you have a complicated case, like mine, they have a program where they monitor you more closely. I worked in a medical office I know how normal protocol works and what is proper etiquette. Here's the best part, I am trying to be seen for a shoulder injury since my insurance won't allow me to go to an urgent care I had to see a pcp- gets even better my insurance ends on the 31st so now because of the front desk's mistake I can't be seen until my new insurance kicks in which will be 3 months from now. You need to fire your girl at the front- sorry but not sorry I worked in the medical field I know that it's hard to maintain a smile during some patient visits but to outright deny them- is not okay. I thought that it was because it may have been hereditary considering my mother had the same issue (though she successfully lowered both her levels back to normalcy with a nutrition plan). Instead of having the doctor prescribe medication to lower cholesterol & LDL, I decided to do a nutrition plan for three months. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical because I thought I had a good balanced diet, nutrition & exercise plan (since I was fit due to all the exercise I did). While consulting with Cecilia, I learned that even though I was "eating healthy" I was combining the the wrong types of foods & superfoods in my meals which were the culprits & reason for my high cholesterol, triglycerides & LDL. Again, even though you work out, are "fit & lean" and might not be "over weight", you can still have high cholesterol, LDL, or triglyceride problems due to how you are combining fitness shakes & "healthy meals".
