I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). You schedule a 30 minute initial consult (free) and get to ask him everything you'd like to ask in order to feel confident in your decision. He's also a wealth of knowledge on consciousness/awareness and I was able to explore his philosophy on how he approached his work and how it related to my healing. Whatever you're paying, you're getting more than fair value. On the initial consult, I think he spent about an hour just answering all my questions. During actual session, he again spent more than the allotted time discussing things with me. As far as the outcome of our work together, I've been sleeping very normally since our session and he's sent me a recording of our work so that I can revisit it whenever I need it.

I went to Selena because I have been trying, for several years, to get pregnant. Even with the help of fertility treatments, it still wasn't happening. The doctors called it on "explained infertility." Meaning there was no clear medical reason why it wasn't happening. I bought a 12 pack of sessions and by the 11th session I was pregnant! Does it get better than that! It will change the way you think about life and be a useful tool to help make all your dreams come true. I highly recommend Selena and Empowered Hypnosis. Additionally, and far worse, after we "agreed" what would be discussed/worked on in the therapy, she just decided to do her own thing and tried to convince me my "mother" abused me (despite being raised by a single father) and that's why I have anxiety. It was traumatizing to have a "professional" lie to me like that in a position as vulnerable as hypnosis. A red flag is that she kept using the word "repeat customer" to describe her regular patients. I don't believe she sees her clients as people to help, but as cash cows that she takes advantage of.

My Insomnia: I have suffered from insomnia for about 3-4 years or so, sleeping at most 3-4 hours a night. There are many many nights, I cannot sleep at all.
