Usually when you come to someone for a consultation it is to recieve information on how to be represented. He didn't provide me that information. Just told me to contact a QME from a list. And once I did and gave him the report via mail, he said he did not get it. A couple of weeks later I get an email from one of his secretaries to set up a second consultation. Which I shouldnt need a second one since I was already in discussion about him representing. I sent emails about him representing me. I was expecting to get paperwork to sign to get the process rolling. He later sends me an email claiming that I have a case, but he does not want to represent me for personal reasons. Honestly, he is not a very good attorney. Never was upfront with me. Played too many waiting games. I had to do all of the work myself. This whole process with workers comp is new to me. It would have been nice if he would have stepped up to the plate and offered to take my case and handled everything so I could have gotten the process going. I follwed all of the recommended advise he gave me. Did nothing for me. It has been over a year. Wasted my time and energy. Glad I didn't go further with him because I do not think he would have represented me well and got me the settlement I needed.

Found this place after someone I know got a ticket in the Los Banos area and so glad we went with…read morethem because it was such a stress-free process. It was the first time I helped out with hiring a traffic lawyer so I can't really comment on the pricing. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. All communication was through email or phone and they provided lots of updates when they showed up to court. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up. Other than that, I still highly recommend them especially if you get a ticket in the Los Banos/Merced area!

When I finally heard back, I did not receive clear guidance or meaningful support for my specific situation. Overall, the communication and customer service fell far below expectations, and only want high value cases.
