Instead, it took two full weeks, and no one ever contacted me to let me know they were ready. When I finally went to pick them up, the price charged was higher than what I was originally quoted. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. When I expressed my issue with being charged a different price than agreed upon, the manager told me they would no longer sharpen my blades in the future--to which I let him know I had no intention of ever returning anyway.
