I took my car to a dealer who said my car wasn't actually painted but cheap plaster was used by Macarthur now the only way to fix is replace the whole bumper and have it actually painted. Also my car has been making a rattling noise from same front bumper area. i had previously took it back to MacArthur to assess this issue to which they claim the didn't hear anything of course but now the problem ensues. I never received an itemized bill of work being done or explained what work was done to my car. I wrote this review for people to be aware not come here for any type of repairs, you don't know what these people are doing to your car. Although things may appear decent on the outside you will have issues down the road. Please be aware of where you're taking your car for repairs and look extensively into the reviews and work they perform and only go to people you or someone else you know does stand up work.

However, my most recent Audi Q3 repair, which began in March, has been an extremely disappointing experience. I had to return the vehicle four separate times due to multiple issues, including misaligned headlights, missing screws in the wheel liners, a misaligned bumper, and broken radiator support trim. Although the repairs finally appeared acceptable after the fourth visit, the results only lasted a few weeks. The bumper is once again misaligned, and the bumper is protruding. At this point, I feel they are simply incapable of completing the job properly and consistently. The attached pictures speak for themselves. The last photo of the bumper reflects the condition of the vehicle after the fourth repair attempt. Unfortunately, they still were unable to get it right. What a shame.

Chris took me in immediately so I walked the dogs around the neighborhood which I know well as we had a few properties in Richmond Hill. Walking up to Liberty them traversing over to 118th and back -- the urban assault vehicle was happy and ready to roll. Flushing the fluids, new spark plugs and filters of oil and air and a verbal heads up about an impending starter issue and I was all set. Looking at the bill in my hands, I was quite happy looking down upon it, seeing the numbers -- I saw more. I can say with full confidence that this is my new shop to bring my vehicles to and will be my place of recommendation to any and all who ask.
