i reported my car stolen to the police 2 years ago and this body shop sends me a letter stating that they had my car in the parking lot witch cost $40 a day to store in there mind you the send me a letter 1 year later saying they had my car since may of 2023 when my car was reported stolen in august of 2022 that's not Evan the crazy part. the crazy part is they waited a whole year to contact me with a bill of 15k or they're gunna sell it 1 week after i recieved a letter from them I spent my whole life savings to buy that car because I had just became a father for the first time and wanted to make sure my family feels comfortable and safe read more

This is the most unreliable tow company I have ever used before. I called for a tow service at 11AM and they said someone is being sent over right away. I then call a half an hour later to check the status of my tow and they told me they just received another call, and need to take that job first because it's closer (likely a more profitable job). Two hours later, no truck or word from the HR Towing. I called multiple times, no answer. Thanks to them, I was very late for work. Please avoid this unprofessional company at all costs. read more
