IF YOU ARE A CURRENT TENANT OF THE DOMAIN AT LENEXA CITY CENTER, RUN don't walk. GET OUT NOW …read more YOU HEALTH IS AT RISK THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT THEY WON A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT AGAINST THE ORIGINAL BUILDERS FOR "WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD, ENCOMPASSING THE ENTIRE APT COMPLEX" THIS IS A FACT. I'm not sure what past or current tenants were told as to why major reconstruction or should I say REMEDIATION was being done stsrt8ng in 2022 or early 2023, but I was told it was for "faulty w8ndows and doors. Anyone else told that? In reality they were redoing inside of apats and ripping off the entire exterior, revealing the extent of mold from water damage. As I was still a tenant in nov of 2023, Anyone walking around could see that all the materials that they were tearing off and improperly disposing of were infested with blk mold. THEY DID NOT TELL TENANTS THE TRUTH. THEY HAD A DUTY TO DISCLOSE TO each and EVERY past , present and future tenants aling with neighboring businesses and locals who walk. SIGNS SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED. MOLD MOLD BEWARE.the way they were tearing off the whole exterior they didnt even follow city guidelines disposing of contaminated materials. The mold materials were thrown to the soil. People walk, walk their dogs etc and just a couple of disturbed mold colonies can attach to anything and start new colonies. Even when all spores were being thrown in the air. NO NOT EVERYONE IS ALLERGIC TO MOLD, BUT AS IVE EXPERIENCED FROM MY TIME JUST LIVING IN APT FOR ALMOST 6 MONTHS. ME having long haul covid and an IMMUNe deficiency and very serious mold reaction, I can tell you m6 health will never be the same. Ive developed tremors, abdominal issues, brain fog, etc. Ive had to dispose of all my personal property due to cross contamination. INSTEAD OF SHOW8NG COMPASSION AND TRY TO HELP, Afrer I gave 30 day notice they retaliated against me, went to court telling judge I didnt pay April rent, locked me out and tried to garnish my bank for 8k months later. Thankfully my bank didnt release funds as my income is DISABILITY. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY COMPLEX. MISSION 106, ON THE NEWS TWO YRS AGO, LIONGATE APTS. A LADY HAD THE SAME STOEY. PLEASE LOOK UP. KCTV5 COVERED THE MOLD STORY. IN 2023. SHOULD ANYONE TRUST ANY OF THEIR APTS???NOOOOOOO. RUN RUN. FOR PRICE ITS UNIMAGINABLE TO THINK YOU CAN LIVE IN AN APT THAT HAD WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD AND TOLD TENANTS TO BE PATIENT DURING THE BEAUTIFICATION AND TO LOOK FORWARD TO THE DOMAIN 2.0 As mqnager said after i gave 30 day notice, w 4 drs notes saying i needed to be let out of my lease and i said "had i knowj there had been major waterdamageand mold, w my health conditions i would gave never moved here" REPLY.... " YOU DIDNT ASK ABOUT MOLD " REALLY??? The worst part is testing 8n my apartment that was said to be finished, still tested positive for aspergillus penicillium alternaria and worse thing STACHYBOTROUS IN VENTS , AS DID MULTIPLE ORHER APTS. THAT MEANS IT STILL IN BYILDING

I do appreciate that the staff was diverse, but it seemed the staff wanted to be anywhere but where they were working. Facility: 8/10 This is a nice community center nestled near 119th street. I can tell a lot of the members live nearby and visit often. There were majority 65+ that were in the workout area or playing badminton in the gym. We came right at 11, so the crowd was more seasoned, which we enjoyed. As it got later in there day, more kids came to play basketball on the half court. Price: 10/10 For a day pass, the price is $5 which you cannot beat! Memberships are reasonable as well. Half-Courts: 2/10 We were there to play basketball with our friends. The courts are half-court, which is a bummer. Apparently, there was an issue with unruly kids a month ago, but not sure. We still had fun and nobody bothered us. Overall: 5/10 TRCC is just okay. Olathe Community Center is a lot nicer with more full courts and excellent customer service. I don't think I would visit again but I am happy that the folks living nearby have a facility to go to, especially the 65+ crowd.

I came here to use their game room. The cool thing was that they didn't charge for a day pass to…read moreplay ping pong. We also used the pool table (75 cents), it jammed up on us but the staff was quick to fix it. I think OP is fortunate to have this facility. Looking at the rates it looks like it is very affordable to become a member. I'll definitely be back to use the game room again.
