My husband has tried, though many e-mails, to solve this issue with the company but they refuse. They removed about an inch or inch and a half of the asphalt driveway where it meets the side walk and left it like that so there is now a big gap that I have tripped over several times and will now chip further up the driveway. For the life of us we can't figure out why they did that and all the company will say is look at the fine print on our estimate. So instead of knocking on my door and telling me about the problem. They came out and made a problem worse and didn't say anything to us. So for the money I wouldn't use them.

Mr. Osborne is professional, on time and keeps his word. Most importantly, the work he did restoring my chimney was exceptional. Not only does it look better than the original, he restored it so that it looks as if it was constructed at the same time as my home. This was a difficult task as they no longer manufactured either the brick or the mortar used on the original. He always came when promised, was respectful of my home and cleaned up his work area when he was finished. I would hire this company again in a New York minute.
