This is their weak response verbatim: "Hi XXX, this is Jonathan from 4 Rivers Smokehouse. I'm sorry to hear that your side order of Fried Okra was missed. We appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you better next time." They recognized their mistake, appreciated my feedback, and still couldn't offer me a replacement or side on my next visit. Well, now there definitely won't be another visit. Way to turn away customers.
